This is a useless app; spells the correct PW, as a wrong PW; none of the conversations /communications to profiles get updated in the APP; wastes users vs time;it is high time the bugs are fixed for unhindered use by users.
Worst app ever. It finds no match. Everyday litrally same repeated Profiles. They just wasted money. Please refund & ill uninstall it. Please gv back my money... I request you. Edit : problems are never resolved here Edit 2: app is not opening itself...!!! Wow... Never saw this bad any app working.
Very bad matrimony website. Don't go for it. I deposited money for upgrading my profile to contact suitable person but they have suspended my ID without any reason.

Hey guys, I have given feedback about the recently seen bug in your App, but haven't seen it getting fixed. The Sub-Caste filter criteria isn't working for past 1 month. Reported several times but of no use. Thankfully didn't buy the premium plan, else it would have been lost. Requesting you to fix it else have to uninstall, because without that filter it is useless for me. Earlier 90-100 matching profiles were shown, now it is showing 20,000. I didn't raised ticket. I wrote in feedback section
Totally useless app.. They are all money bonkers. They just want to make money by buying premium. Without it's useless. They will edit your profile bio if you want someone to connect through social media. I would not recommend anyone to use this. Worst experience. Can't get anything but frustration. Many of other apps have free chat features you can see those but don't waste time here.
Very worst experience. I have bought 3 times paid membership and not a single response received from the Profile I have contacted.
IF THERE IS ANY CHANGE TO GIVE BELOW ONE STAR THEN I WILL GIVE TO THIS APP. I HAVE PURCHASED A PLAN ACCIDENTALLY INSTEAD OF PREMIUM PLAN. THEN I TALK TO THE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE THEN HE TOLD TO SHARE AN EMAIL YOU WILL GET AN REFUND IN 5 WORKING DAYS. AFTER ONE DAY I DIDN'T ANY REPLY FROM THE SUPPORT THEY ASKED ME THAT THERE IS NO REFUND PLAN. THEY ARE LIERS. THEY ASKED YOU PURCHASED BOTH PLAN WITHOUT GETTING THE REFUND WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS. TOTALLY MESS SERVICE. WORST APP EVER. DNT INSTALL
The agent confirms features which are not enabled post membership payment, and when called for same,stops answering call. Photo not getting uploaded, the concerned team asking to send photo via email. Afterwards, they ask to send via whatsapp. Later on, no one assigned the ticket for almost 10 days. They close the earlier ticket without any solution and asking to generate new ticket. Totally waste of time. Pathetic customer care with no accountability.
Disappointed after opting for paid membership. While using the free trial, I got lots of interests every single day, and messages that you cannot read and to which you cannot reply. After opting for paid membership, hardly anybody sent me an interest or would hardly reply to my message. I doubt if I was lured by bots during free trial. The search engine, god knows how it works! Even after setting filters and partner priority, you see random mismatched and out of your league proposed matches.
Latest update makes the mobile app nearly useless: The app is highly buggy. Doesn't load the profiles well. The photos take a really long time to load. There is a weird toggle that happens between profiles when you click on a profile. Whoever is working as a developer needs to relearn his basics!
App has too many bugs. It shows someone's message for someone else. Changes my partner preference without my knowledge.. It's pretty irritating. Had to face unpleasant situations with others because of this too.
It is just a waste app, they call and chase you till you pay and upgrade but later if you have any issue then no one replies back! Service is very bad. They don't even pick up the call for customers facing problem. Please don't upgrade by payment offers

Lot of technical glitches in the app. Last few days unable to see who shortlisted or viewed my profile. Also I'm able to see lot of profiles who do not match my criteria under the Latest Matches section. Please make sure the problems are corrected
If some one sees my profile today, the notification will come to me tomorrow or may be later. So much of lag in the app. The app doesn't have the option of looking at the profiles I have already viewed. There's a Lot of scope for fine tuning. One Good thing about the app is that we can search the profile using name. But I am not sure if it's working correctly.

Worst services! before taking the subscription they will be very supportive and they will say you will get everything. Once you take the subscription, you will not get any profiles as per your preferences and most of the matching profiles will not be active with last seen more than 3months.I guess these guys are doing this purposefully just to attract the customers and once the customer falls on their trap they will show the real side,with worst customer service and with out resolving query.
What sort of application is this? All the time redirecting to main page as if it is in the loop. What is the use of this app now?? .

They called me to purchase the premium. When I purchased the premium of 3000 for 3months after purchasing they are not picking my call as I have called them more than 50times they have blocked number. Not recommended to anyone. They are not trustable . This is waste of money and time.
I'm unable to login,rectify this issue asap. Its showing invalid error inspite of the details being correct, but when I try to create an account it says account is already there, but when try to login it says this does not exist ,Worst services , I wrote to ur email several times talked to ur customer care ,still haven't gotten back my account it's been 4months since my email, shut down ur business if u can't provide proper services to the public ! Disgusted!
Worst experience ever with the matrimonial site, I have purchased the gold pack, at 1st I got so many pings from other gender but after subscription I won't get anything....ha ha are u serious about this??? Whatever they don't have much active account to get connected. Bugs are there a lot. Pages are loading and loading...worst experience.i would give zero star.
Even after giving age, height and profession preference, they just show random profiles which don't suit my preference and a lot of them r sending interest also which I have to decline. Then what is the use of giving preferences?? Worst app. Bengali matrimony is much better
