The description needs to be updated. This app doesn't teach UEB, it teaches EBAE.
While an app will never truly replace the traditional way to learn braille for me, this comes pretty close. My only troubles are that the buttons aren't sensitive enough, and the quiz section often lags or crashes. Love the idea, though!
