First they are very professional and prompt in responding to enquiries and offering practical advice. Secondly they have a good interface features for easy navigation and access. Generally it's best one makes intentional and deliberate efforts to repay back their loans, if not, it's going to be dramas and unnecessary issues that's not worth both parties time.

Its my first experience with branch, at the time I was needing a quick cash to sought an emergency, and for this short time, I think they are good. Even though it was a small amount and my time of repayments was not due but I paid my loan before the due date. It was easy to pay through transfer. If they will maintain keeping it simple and clear, I will continue to do business with them. I just give a 3star for observation. Thanks

Am giving this app 5stars. I would give more if there were. I applied for a loan last year because I was broke in school,and totally forgot. I lost my phone and was phoneless for about 5 month. And when I remembered and repay the loan. It was still the same. No penalty charge or anything. And it low interest. They don't bother anyone.

While Branch remains my most preferred alternative bank app, the following bugs needs to be fixed in your app ASAP: - there's too much wait time for investment withdrawals to reflect on my Wallet, in some cases several hours. This is vitally important. - Fix the notification icon across the several menus. Often it indicates for the same notification even if you have read it many times.

So here is my feedback after using this app for 1 month and taking small loans of around 500 to 1500 for about 4 to 6 times. I pay the loans within few days although I have to return them in 2 months. The process is easy, no interaction required. Money is credited within 3 minutes of approval. So it has been a smooth ride till now. I am slowly trusting this app and it can be utilised by anyone who is in urgent need of pocket money. Although borrowing limit is very slow to increase

The App was working wonders for me in the beginning. I was paying on time and was been rewarded accordingly. Then in the 3rd month they flag me as not eligible. I called customer service and they told me it was system and they had no control. I tried again for the next 2 months and nothing changed. Customer service told to keep trying, but no avail. It's disappointing branch screwed me over like that. I have been paying on time without fail. Just know once they flag you, no more loans!!!!!

One of the worst apps I have ever used in my entire life, I have never gotten an issue resolved by the customer care, all they do is tell you to be patient while the system resolves the issues, which it never does. I have been patient for over a year now and they still tell me to exercise patience lol. Terrible service, I will only change the review if the issues get resolved which I doubt they will.

It's one of the best platform to avail short term loans. I have taken 3rd time loan with Branch. And it's to appreciate that, everytime they see the repayment history of the customer they increase the borrowing limit which is really wonderful and make the customer to fulfill the needs without any hassle. Branch is good, but they should stop giving me the same amount everytime, even when I have not defaulted. Please I can't be taken or offered the same loan amount on every request and my repayments have always been timely, very early, have never defaulted. Please it's either you work to increase it or you forget about it, I'm beginning to dislike your management. Thanks!

It's been very reliable and awesome since using Branch App. It has been extremely helpful. The only challenge I have observe so far is that, not all POS agents have been able to detect my account. In terms of loans, it's the easiest App to apply and get loans with the cheapest/lowest charges/rates. As a matter of facts and kpomor, Branch got 99.5percent of my interest since the first day I applied for and granted a loan in less than 30minutes of reviews and since then, it has been my default App

They are very proficient, I like Their swift response to all requests. They seems to be kind of reliable. Although I'm very new in using this app. You guys are commendable. But their offer for beginners are just a token even if you have borrowed and repay before the due date. This is the only point they will need to improve on.

The app is faulty and no one seems to do anything about it. It keeps asking for the same document multiple times. As per CS executives (tried uninstalling, clearing cache) nothing works. After you apply all your data disappears and you start from the beginning. Please look into it.

I have been using branch for the past 2 years with no hassles. All of a sudden i have found it difficult to repay my loan through the bank code. I have been trying to repay this loan for the past 2 months, but it keep being unsuccessful. And customer care arent doing anything to help.its frustrating having to do this everytime.

Very nice app. I mean process is so smooth. And if you are paying the due on time the limit is also increase. My first loan is of 1000 and I had repaid it on time and then I got the limit of 10000. Very good experience

I started using Branch in 2018, and I can say they are one of the best loan apps out there. My rating had always been 5star, but I'm changing to 3 star for one reason..I had issues paying back for one month, and even though I made partial payment, by the time I made the full payment, they brought my loan limit so low. It was so demoralizing. Something I had built for 4years just brought down to N20,000 for a partial default. Not sure I have the energy to rebuild. All the best Branch.

I have to give them the five star because they are wonderful in all ways, you can rely on them anytime, I borrowed from them, when I got a problem with my bank app which make the payment date due, for about two weeks they surprise, they didn't add to the money, all they ask was what happened and when I explain the they only advice me on how to pay. What I really want to say is that they are good, I love this app it's awesome.

Great apps process is very fast and repayment schedule is good. No extra paper works not any issue. But one problem is there loan AMT is very lowest. Otherwise rate of interest is very less. Its so nice i like it very much.

My experience with Branch has been superb since the day I started using the app. I like virtually everything about them, never found a financial institution like branch. I particularly love them for their selfless service to their customers showering us with lots of huge rewards for doing simple transactions like buying recharge cards/data subs, paying TV/electricity bills and best of all, a swift and simple to use customer service to resolve all your issues in a twinkling of an eye

I have had experience with some loan apps but I have found branch. Their interest rate very moderate, their duration very encouraging which makes it difficult to default. But I have a small issues. In my opinion, there is only one word to describe Branch - BEST 👌 Beautiful and clean app, easy to use, no network issues unlike Alat, Carbon and the rest. They don't ask for your whole family and generation's document before giving a loan. It is the best and easiest loan app to get a loan from. Only problem is high interest.

This is just splendid. I downloaded the App, registered, applied for a suggested amount. The process was seamless and got the loan almost immediately. What is a further thrill and asset is my Branch wallet which I can now fund at no cost and transfer FREE to M-Pesa numbers! While funding this via their Paybill 793174 I mistakenly omitted the 722 on my account number. Via a chat this was sorted. I plan to stay with Branch and develop long-term relationship. It's been amazing since I downloaded the app. It has helped me to clear embarrassing little debts here and there.
