Works good for what I use it for and the UI isn't bad at all, but I haven't been able to access messages for a month or so (freezes, galaxy S21+) and I have a handful of messages I can't view from brands. Hoping it gets resolved soon then it's a 5 star from me!
Cannot link Facebook for further missions. I sent a message but never got a reply. It says Facebook cannot be opened from an embedded browser to update the app and try again but all apps are updated so who knows.
After updating all issues are still happening. When I submit a mission it sticks on the submitting "loading" part. I have to just code the app after awhile.
Brandbassador has been great thus far. Lots of opportunities to work with brands and complete missions. Only thing I would change is making it more clear on how to get invited to work with brands that are invite only. Other than that missions have been really fun and easy to complete and rewards are always a bonus. If you're looking to try out ambassador or influencer tasks definitely download the app and have fun while working with awesome brands!!
V easy to use, but I can't link my Facebook profile to the app! Would also be helpful if I could link more than one Instagram account, depending on which brand I was supporting. I currently have two Instagrams for different purposes (one model account ideal for fashion, beauty, photo and video) and my personal (better for food, health, travel) which is the one I'm currently using.
Great experiences so far, wish i had more then 1 places i can be a brandbassador, but with eastcoast lifestyle, ive earned quite a bit and enjoy my free clothing and discounts :)
Really like this app however, for some reason it is saying I need to install Instagram to be able to complete missions. It did work initially for me. I have reinstalled both the app and Instagram a few times and relinked but this hasn't worked to fix the glitch. Such a shame as I am missing out on some missions.
The application takes too long to start correctly and if you leave it for a few seconds it closes and you have to wait a long time, too long, and start the mission again. The web version does not exist, is it serious? It is also difficult to find new brands to apply for and on top of that you have. I love Brandbassador but they need to optimize and update the platform.
A great place to network. But been having constant problems for a month now leaving me unable to complete my missions. Technical issues have gone unresolved constantly. Making it difficult to get work done.
Nice concept, easy to interact with brand challenges to earn rewards. It logs out randomly though and was happening far too frequently. It became such an annoyance I stopped using it.
Started great, changed quickly. Can't seem to see any brands all of a sudden. Don't know what's happening with pending applications and technical support is not replying
I was excited to use this app but ever since I downloaded it and created the account, it has been issues. Missions are working properly after I read full mission details and completed it, will not let me sync my Facebook page, etc.
I like it more if I was able to link up my Facebook and Instagram but so far you can't on Android... Will change my review once I'm able to link up my account cuz till then I can't do any of the missions which is sad
Not able to link my facebook account,otherwise its overall amazing.It has got so many opportunities to earn and work with great brands.
Enjoying the app, really easy to use and start earning some points and cash straight away. Can't connect to my facebook account though. Have uninstalled app and reinstalled, switched settings on facebook but still no luck. Please help

Unable to use facebook account any more with the app. Could use it but unable.to anymore. So annoying
Brandbassador is exactly what we need right now . App is simple and easy to access for all age groups also making it easy to put yourself out there for self promotion. Would definitely recommend 👌
The app is amazing, it is user friendly and gives one as much exposure to various brands. The rewards for every mission completed are super awesome
App required a connection to IG and FB to use. However the app doesn't allow you to connect to your accounts. Seems wasteful and is preventing me from getting paid ambassador work. App also gives a reward for posting a positive review so don't trust all the 5 stars.
We signed up with a dog brand in the UK and the app experience is poor. It's not the brand's fault really. As others have said, the app is slow to load, crashes frequently and is hard to navigate. For example, using the device's back button closes the app rather than just goes back from a specific mission to the list. Additionally, having $ everywhere and not allowing the brand to regionalise it is bad.
Overall the app is a very good idea and a nice interface. I like how giftcard and cash credit is stored on the account. However, I found it hard to find many brands that I was enthusiastic to promote on there, as there is an extremely limited selection. Also, I contacted Brandbassador for help and did not get a reply (still waiting) which made it seem difficult to get in touch and made me feel as though it was quite poorly managed. Overall I would not recommend this app and am disappointed.
I downloaded Brandbassador because one of the companies I've partnered with uses it. I find it intuitive and easy to navigate. I've worked with many apps for various partnerships. Brandbassador is one of the simplest to jump into and complete compensated tasks. I haven't had any difficulty using it. I look forward to adding additional partnerships in the future as well as participating in the drops.
Non-user friendly interface; you really don't know what the heck you're doing, or what you're working towards. Issues with the technical side of the app, such as uploading screenshots. Also, extremely picky, almost discriminatory "clients" (such as Onepiece). Makes for hard work if you're a minority. Uninstalled immediately.
1 issue I keep encountering is the app restarting whenever I minimize it (but not close out) & open instagram to work on a mission, for example. It becomes very irksome due to the length of time it takes for the app to open back up again. Sometimes it times out and asks me to log in. I have yet to finish a mission that takes some thought and creativity towards because i will restart it over and over before giving up in frustration. Please fix this !! Otherwise, great app!
This app has alot of great brand ambassadorship options. The format is very simple, making it easy for user to efficiently get through tasks while using the app. The only down side to this app is its upload time. When accepting and performing certain tasks, you are required to upload screenshots of images. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to upload things through the app which is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that, it's a pretty good app!
The only issues I have had arise are linking some of my social media accounts to the app for some of the missions one of the brands I work with have. Could be complications between me having multiple accounts/emails connected to various apps but regardless some of them I cannot complete. Other than that the app has run smoothly for me, no apparent issues. Very easy to navigate + use.
Signed up and connected my bank account and FB account to the app, but when I tried to sign back in I received a message that said, "Uh oh! Cannot read property 'status' of undefined". I tried using a different email address, but then I was unable to connect my FB account because the app said it was already in use.....but, there's no way to remove it since I can't log in under that email address! UGH!!!
My Facebook somehow got unlinked and now it won't link back they have been having issues with Facebook allowing loggin from embedded browsers for a long time and I have tried everything they do not have the support team to help fix the issue quickly which is an inconvenience to the users other than that I like it. I just hate that I can't do some of my stuff because my Facebook was unlinked. They need a quicker response time to technical issues and to fix connectivity issues with social media.
