Awful... streams up to double digits in commercials and sometimes it just kicks you out of your show. It will say you are not authorized to view the show or a general error. Unauthorized means you have to quit the app entirely, maybe restart your device, then re enter your TV provider info and then watch more ads to test if it worked. As for general error, just keep watching ads until it works. Whole thing seems designed to trick you into watching more ads.
Playback often has an error and the controls are poorly formatted with the screen size. Every time is a new bug. Stream it to Chromecast and close the app you lose audio. Auto play to the next episode mid episode and see a spoiler. Great stuff.
Worst streaming app ever!!! And no updates they have done have resolved the issues. I've tried everything to get it to work and sent numerous feedback through the NBC link with no response. I can't get any videos to play on the app. I have to log into my computer then pull up the Bravo tv website and log in with my cable provider that way but videos still freeze a lot but it's better than nothing on the app. I wish the app worked like it was supposed to so I could watch anywhere not just home.
This app is so frustrating! Almost every time I go to watch something it gives me the error message that it can't be loaded so I end up having to uninstall and reinstall just so I can watch a show. Uugh!!!!!
Used for ever now was good until recently it will not load any shows to watch on my tv however i can watch on my phone. Dont want to have yo do that. Seems like a ongoing issue now as i can see from other reviews. Hope u all take these reviews that u practically beg us for and do something about the issues. Im about to delete for good. It hasnt worked in months now. Please fix. Also ads are longer then any app i have ever used. To many and to long
Downloaded app to watch bc my TV satelite went out. This is a poor app. It wont even open for me the very 1st time. By lookn at reviews doesnt look like anyone is concerned about correcting app issues. I dont see any feed back from tech support or any attempt of concern to fix.
The app opens perfect until u try to stream a show then it just loads and loads and loads, nothing happens. This is very frustrating when trying to catch up on your shows SMH.
I've used this app for the past few years possibly 4 now. Never had any real issues. Allows me to watch my shows while I work which is amazing. Until recently. This last update in 02/22 has caused the app to stop working completely. As many times as I restart, re-boot or even log out of provider & back in nothing will play. I click on what I want to watch &it just loads & loads. Nothing moves past that stage. Very disappointed I haven't been able to watch any of my shows for almost 2 weeks now.
Update 4: Back to not working.... AT ALL Update 3: It has been a few months and everything has been working. Now I'm just hoping by writing this review I did not jinx it! Update 2: The only issue I occasionally have is that there will sometimes be no sound. I have to close app completely then reopen to get sound to work. Update 1: So far with last update seems to be working much better. Hopefully it keeps working! App tells me I don't have Bravo through my provider when I do.
Can't even install the app. For about a month whenever you select a show it just has 3 dots like it is loading. I tried all the "tricks" to reset but none have worked. Tonight I thought maybe they have updated something to fix the problem so I uninstalled the app once again...but now I can't even install it. It is just circling saying pending.
Typical Comcast: Useless update, the app logs you out, then Comcast goes through the whole song and dance of having you reset your password for "security". So basically the app was fine, then Comcast decided to boot everyone out with a pointless update to make sure everyone is paying their bill.
This app never plays shows. Have the latest updates, uninstall and reinstall it. Nothing works. Contacted support that was no help. Only way I can watch is on a computer or the TV
App hasn't worked in over a month. The show continues to show 3 circles... loading loading loading nonstop. I have tried deleting and re-downloading, updating my phone, restarting my phone... nothing is working. From the other reviews it looks like I'm definitely not the only 1 having this issue. Why hasn't it been fixed yet Bravo?? A girl needs her trashy reality!!
App is trash hasn't worked for months even though I've emailed them about it. Uninstalled it reinstalled it unlinked and relinked my TV provider still won't play any of the videos. I click on them and the 3 little loading bubbles just pop up and does it the entire time. I know its not my internet or anything on my end, I have no issues on my iPad but for some reason they can't seem to get this app working right for Android. Don't waste your time.
Sometimes, after pausing a show, the audio is playing in the background and it's not in sync with the video. Often when I try to play a slow, there is no audio. I try to restart the app and it doesn't help.
Used to work ok, but now nothing will play on it. To add insult to injury, if you try to watch in a browser it forces you to the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and back in, restarted my phone - all I get is spinning dots. I even emailed them and got the standard "turn it off and turn it on, clear the caches, uninstall and reinstall, log out and back in" - and when I emailed back after trying all of their list several times AGAIN, no response. 🤷🏻♀️
I never had problems with the app until a few days ago. It won't play the episodes at all; it just shows 3 little dots like its loading... Ever since they did the latest update, I cannot get any videos to play. It doesn't matter which show I try to watch, it will not go past the point of showing 3 little dots blinking. So frustrating! I used to love catching up on shows during by breaks at work. Guess I will be going to a new network. Bye bye Bravo
When the episodes play, it is awesome, alot of ads (commercials) but I don't mind. But lately it won't play a episode. Please fix!
Edit as of 2/6: FIX YOUR APP...STILL NOT WORKING. It has recently stopped working! I have never experienced problems with this app until now. Spins as if it's loading. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and that did not resolve app issues. 😐 Please fix it, or sadly, I will be forced to uninstall from my tablet permanently.
Very buggy and randomly re-buffers and starts over episodes. Currently app doest allow me to cast to my TV and the app on the TV doesn't allow ANY episodes to play.
I don't know why none of the episodes are playing after I link my TV provider. It's been happening all month. An error page will come up. I even tried to report the problem but was not successful cause error pages pop up there as well. You guys need to fix these problems ASAP.
I love this app BUT..... It only let's me watch shows every other time I get on it. I get a "Sorry there was a problem try later" message when it trys to load a show. It gets aggravating.
This Bravo app has been causing me problems for months. I thought it was my phone, but all my other apps worked perfectly fine, tried unstalling and reinstalling, problem still there...loading, loading, loading!!! It wasn't until I read the reviews that I realized it just wasn't me having these issues. Fix the problems, Bravo!
I've tried watching several different shows on this app. Since the new update I can't seem to watch anything, a message pops up on every show I click on that says sorry something went wrong please send us a message. Despite sending a message nothing gets fixed. It's been like this since their new update it's horrible.
Crashes a lot. Same as the other users...I go to select a show and get the "Sorry" message. Contacted support and never got a response. It is a shame they don't put more energy and time into this app. Bravo has a lot of viewers that want to watch!
"Sorry! We're having some trouble..." for every full episode of every single show I have tried. I have linked/unlinked my provider perhaps a dozen times on both my Android and I also tried the tv app. Same results both places. When I tried contacting support they told me the same troubleshooting that I had already informed them I had already tried. They're not interested in helping and everyone else seems to be having the same issues. Bottom line: don't bother.
