I've been using the Bravo Pay for over 3 years. I like that I can send payments through this app. I never had any problems using this app. I once sent a payment to the wrong vendor and the I was credited back the money with no problems. I highly recommend the Bravo Pay App.
Great app! Allows me to pay for a service electronically without needing to disclose personal information. I've used it plenty of times at work to pay someone for getting lunch or other things. The UI is user friendly and am looking forward to the new updates.
A must have ... the best app to support artists! Well done! I have used bravo for about 2 years since I was introced by a valet attendant. Since then, I use it now more often to support musicians and my yoga instructor. Its just seamless and super secured. I have followed the bravo IG and social media and they really support the community and artists and I really like that. I. am 💯 a fan and recommend it!
Could have used the BRAVO app today as my band played out but as luck would have it, I could not complete the setup process because when entering my checking information I was flagged for a "compliance" check that ultimately requires me to send in a government issued photo ID and a utility bill to verify who I am because they think I'm a risk for money laundering or the like. Oh, they're right. I do launder money at least once a week when I forget to remove it from my pants and my wife runs it through the washer. It's not worth the trouble for me. I'll stick with the old tip jar which fortunately, worked VERY well for us today. Bye, Bravo. Good idea, terrible execution. You could take a lesson from PayPal who uses a small transaction and a letter to your home to verify accounts. Sending government photo ID's via email is susceptible to intercept and puts your users at risk. This is from one security professional to another. Update: After reading the response from the Bravo team (below) I wanted to say that an encrypted email option was NEVER discussed. In fact, it took a week for them to figure out that I was flagged for a compliance check. I will post the thread if you like. ;)
Seen this on shark tank and decided to use it. Money was sent to me I never received and I also sent money to someone they never received. E-mail them multiple times as well did the other person. Although they respond back to nothing isn't resolved. They keep telling both of us they reversed the payment. But we both been waiting 2 months and still nothing. Just trying to figure out how shark tank got behind some scammers. Although it was 20 dollars I sent, it was my earn 20 dollars.
I have always had a great experience working with this app and company, never had any issues, even with the problem solving they were prompt in correcting the issue and very courtesy about it. One on the best apps I have
Sounds like a good idea. Unfortunately this app crashes as soon as I open it. (Android )Tried it on my wife's phone as well with identical results. Tried their website for support. it was worthless. It's this kind of stuff that can sink a company.
Ive always loved this app! So easy to use and i am able to pay for an event before i get there! I also can get tips myself being an artist! You cant beat that! Plus, the owners are amazing people! I just love this app and I use it often!
The only issue i have at this point is the speed of payments reaching my bank account. If you would allow payouts to be processed to our debit cards, it would be much faster.
Really good app! I feel it's safe, fast and efficient. Compared to many other apps offering the same type of service this is the one id choose every time.
Based on what the people have told me, they can't process my payment until you guys verify my acct and now my payment is late can someone please verify my acct already so my payment can be processed will happily give more stars after my issue has been resolved Update since my info was verified, 8ve had no problems with bravo five stars
Have nothing but good things to say about this app. The customer service was fantastic the one time I had to contact them. Never have any issues when using the app.
I have been with Bravo since 2018 and I have never had a problem what I really liked is how detailed the app is they're professional courteous and always willing to help thank you Bravo
HIGHLY dont recommend!DO NOT USE this service.They are very unprofessional and unresponsive once they charge ur account.If theres an issue they are aware of,they will still charge ur card and hold ur money when they shouldnt even take ur money out if they cant or its not being sent.It should remain in ur account until any issue id resolved and its ready to be sent.They dont do things the right way.Not to mention when u call the customer service,u have to leave a message,nobody there to answer.
Great app! Easy and private. They do not make me share my transactions or personal info. Had a question and customer service answered me right away.

Tried to get verified and the email directly linked on their app doesn't even work and returns an error. Useless app
Stephanie the support member helped me through my whole issue from start to finish and also compensated me 10$ for the delay of my payment by just a few days the app is decent just dont like that it takes 2-3 buisness days to receive funds .
I love this app becouse it doesnt share your information with any other party. There costumer service is so kind and friendly. I wouldnt use anything else. Bravo is the best.

Been using app for over a year and half and NEVER had issues until update that changed the way it looked and security features added. Now i cant add a card without it denying it unless i use app on an old phone i have with NO updates. Then it adds on there. Otherwise i wouldve given 5 stars. PLEASE FIX!
