My payment has been deducted more than the amount shown and when I called the airline office they told me it is only a temporary booking and you did not paid for the ticket. Now I want to cancel it but bravofly are not responding. My advice not to use this application. It is a trap

This is the worst application ive ever used they let me live in 4 days of stress and frustration and didnt give me a confirmation all their agents lie and they don't try to update u in any single way if you don't talk to them and now when you file for cancelation they say they will deduct from the money even though i believe they didnt even book the flight!! Such a bad experience don't ever use this app for your health sake!!!

I couldn't get my flight confirmation the actual day of my departure. Logged out and back in to see if it would let me get my ticket but it won't let me log back in. I had to actually download the airline app that I was traveling in to get my plane tickets. I suggest to get them from the airline directly than from here.

I did the full payment for Air tickets and within 2 days they sent me an email saying flight was cancelled and I have to wait another 3 months to get my money back. They dont even deserve one star at all! The worst ever travel agency i tried, cant believe that this company still exist! Peace of advise better to read reviews before purchasing any services from this crook company. I booked a flexible ticket, requested to modify 11 days before my flight but they only get back to me only at 19hr before my flight to tell me that it's impossible due of less than 24hrs before date of departure. What a crooks! No way to get back my money nor to change a ticket.

People in costumer service are kind, the rest is stay away if you value your time! Most things can only be done by phone, wait time is long! They are not connected and sync with airline companies or bravo app. So you speak, confirm, price change 5 times, i spent hours on phone while traveling. Horrible app and the system itself, save time and money go to expedia or someone else that most if not all changes can be made in App. I have yet had the pleasure with such a low grade tech!

I don't realise how what they are doing is legal - they told me it would be a 30€ fee to cancel a flight, so I told them go ahead with it and bought a new ticket, but a week later they informed me the cancellation would actually cost 500€. I could have kept the original ticket and adjusted other arrangements with less than 100€ of additional expenses, had they only told me the true price of cancellation. Stay away from them.

Worst experience ever... They told us the connection flight was cancelled. Which was true, but they offered me a new route from London to Bali with 2 stops. The issue was that I would fly from London to Amsterdam and than from Kuala Lumpur to Bali... Yep... No connection between Amsterdam and Kuala Lumpur. I had called them for over 10 Times a month prior to the flight and none of the customer service team found an issue. A night before the flight I called the airline and they did it for me.

Despite the purchased Flexible fare, I had to pay an extra 12 euro for the seats on the return flight otherwise no check in was possible to get. None boarding passes were provided before the departure. Many attempts to reach out the customer support line which was not available neither by phone nor by email. The return boarding passes were provided in time.

If you want your vacation ruined, book with Bravofly! We had booked with them and went to the airport, however we couldn't get our tickets and when in touch with them they refunded us but we had already made these plans, they just took too long to let us know that actually the booking had never gone through... They refused to compensate us in any way for all the inconveniences and added costs they caused us. So yes, choose Bravofly if you want to ruin your vacation! Otherwise stay away.

Worst app to buy tickets, do not use it. I made a reservation to go from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville, the flight was cancelled and they didn't send me any notification. I even called them a few days before the flight to ask if everything was ok with the flight and they say yes. I show up to the airport just to see that the flight was cancelled. Never using this app again.

Super bad service, its been over two months and I'm still waiting for my refund.. they decided to cancel my flight and give me na alternative WHICH was on a different DAY... I had to chase them for days just to get answers and finally they told me I'll get a refund and it should be 2 months at most, not a day more, well... That time period has passed and I'm more than angry, so yourself a favor and book elsewhere

I've booked a flight from Barcelona to Vienna for 3 people. I can not choose the right luggage. we need one checked luggage 20 kg (OK - no problem) and two cabin luggages 10 kg - it is no option to choose. I wanted to manage this with your phone help but have lost hope waiting the real person.

This is the worst booking site I have tried so far. I simply want to change my flight date and no one seems to help. Customer service is a joke and when you do make a request to change the dates they just send you an email 5 days later to call customer service for more info(which are not helpful at all). If you want a good vacation to be ruined book with this site. They do not value customers at all.They just are interested in taking your money. Absolutely rubbish.

The most unhelpful people ever. I have been waiting for my refund for my flight for almost six months now. There is no way to contact the support team whatsoever and the number we did use to get hold of them, they have disconnected so if you want to lose money and struggle to get assistance bravofly will help. Hopefully someone reads this and finally responds to my numerous emails and requests for my refund.

Worst Service in Travel Industry. Avoid Bravofly/Lastminute at your level best. Due to pandemic i have been requesting for cancellation and refund with multiple times via messenger, email and call 4 months before departure. They claimed to process then eventually no response and website status kept on showing they still proceed with my flight! Now i have the add C levels on my LinkedIn and hope to get someone can escalate internally. Very bad experience and agreegrator websites should BL them!

Booked flight for myself & family, got the cheapest price quote available & flights were good. People need to understand they are a bridge between airlines & customer. Sometimes customers have unrealistic expectations. Booking with them keep three things in mind: -Choose flights carefully so you don't make changes to date baggage etc -Always check in on particular airlines website after 1 hour of booking get boarding passes directly. -Deal with airlines directly for baggage, dates etc.

My flight is in December and I am trying to change my flight dates but i cant. I requested twice and their sent an email saying do we agree with the followinh quote. After agreeing to proceed with the quote there is no response from them and the ticket is still unchanged. They said they would call to confirm but no one hasn't confirmed. Even after calling the customer service they hvnt changed it. Idk wat to do. Its been over a month i am trying to change my flight dates.

I would give them 1star if I could. Bravofly charged me more than the price stated in the app. Bravofly needed 1 week to get the confirmation from the airline for my booking. At the end of the 1 week, they cancel my booking because they cant get the confirmation from the airline. Please book directly through the airlines, it's FASTER and SAFER

I was terrified after reading the feedback this company has everywhere,unfortunately I made the research after buying the tickets and not seeing the email confirmation for days.I contacted them again,they nicely replied back to me right away and sent me the confirmation tickets and flight info.I'm 100% sure I didn't pay for any extra services but they "charged" them,I contacted them again and they sent a refund. Even though my experience was kind of good I don't recommend you dealing with them!
