Such a low effort app. Terrible UI, limited options, looks like a school project. Cant link player card or sign up for waiting list without weird errors about out of search ara. Terrible that a company as large as Caesars uses this trash.
This app used to be decent if not a little rough around the edges, but this new update is downright awful. Slow as hell load times, terrible UI, and completely unintuitive. I only wish there were a competing app to motivate whoever created this one. Please revert back to an older version.
Endlessly spinning for me, unable to open the app. The old version was working at least. I tried uninstall reinstall but didn't work. I'm using the web browser instead for now 🤷
It's a shame that bravo has a complete monopoly on this service. Their app is terrible. It took years for them to update it just to give it a "fresh" look, but add zero improvement to the actual service. It never shows tournament clocks. It rarely has accurate listing of tables and games. If only there was another service provider for this sort of information.
Awful app. Went from halfway decent to trash. Won't let me establish an account. Gives error msg but won't indicate what it believes I did wrong. It really needs improvement. Unbelievable how bad it is. Like some kid developed it as part of a classroom assignment.
New interface is soo bad. Glitchy and much longer load times. I would like to consider this a downgrade. Used the old Bravo almost daily (it even looked better than this one), now I am about to delete.
Doesn't remember my card, wont let me get on wait lists. I literally can get nothing to work on here, even their website does not work.
Horrible update to this app. Won't open and does less than what it did before the update.
The latest update is even worse than the last configuration. It's slower by orders of magnitude, the design feels like a college student made it, and it is less intuitive.
App works fine. But their name selection for promotional drawings are NOT at all random. Same repetitive 15 names called out of a pool of 2k names over the course of 4-5 weekends. Clearly the algorithms are faulty but this was never addressed.
Was ok when it worked. Get an error now everytime I try to open it.
Terms of use are invisible so you have no idea what you're agreeing to. Do not recommend. Quite addy.
Signed up, but somehow my password isn't recognized. Pushed the button to reset it and got locked out. At least I can still see Hold 'Em events nearby. So 2 stars for that.
Does not load, tried several times and does not load. Terrible site, heard lots of complaints about this app.
Info is gr8...not perfect as things change at any moment but overall a gr8 indicator. Fonts could be better or games could be color coordinated.
How is this an app from 2019? Archaic to say the least. Zero features, and never works properly, only does 1 thing consistently, crashes lol.
Recently had problems getting it to open via Samsung/Android. Reinstalled, rebooted everything; still not working. Never a problem for years and years. Oh well...
