I think the app is good. The problem is for me the price and the fact you would pay nearly 30 euros for every platform you offer. Also i do not want to resend my ID to every additional page i use. Also the chat is really basic,people wander off to whatsapp because of that reason. (Edit: second time platinum member on two different Cupid sites)
I reported someone that was sending me abusive messages and the person is back. I had no intentions of banning him from there, but the fact that he can still SEE my profile and all my information it's outrageous. Please, create an option that we can block people and DISAPPEAR for them, not only block them from sending texts. If this is a paid option, it should be free. It's for SAFETY reasons. I met great people there and it's disappointing that I have to leave the app cause I don't feel safe.
This app keeps crashing and I have issues reply to people's messages. I subscribed to reply but it still doesn't work correctly half the time in sending messages out.
I like the app but it's not worth paying for it if neither us cannot see or respond to each if both parties are free standard membership. £32.per. Month is too much for men who are really interested for no guarantees.
Keeps resetting my search preferences to Brazil everytime I close the app and reopen it. You have to pay to see or respond to any messages and so far they are all from Brazil, which does me no good..
this aap is very very slow. its not like tinder. tinder is good. tinder works too fast and soft. i have uploaded my documents from more than 24 hours but its still in processing. please update this app and hire a good app develpor and make it soft and smooth and quick it will help you to attract more users. and dont let people unvarified. bcs we dont know who they are. they can be boy or girl. so it will be difficult to find a real girl.
Mismanagement. I upgraded to platinum and the app did not upgrade automatically. Buyer beware. The app continuously keeps asking me to "upgrade" or simply stated..."pay more."
dont wonload it.dont waste your time and money.i give one star only because its very high cost for memberahip and no video call option so many another apps of video calling in there a person can get colombian girl in free of cost and also your app is not good beacuse if one person has memebership then he or she can not see messege even the second person have no membership so its waste if one person get memberahip hisor her mebership is toatlly watse.this is robing app.
Not worth the hassle. If you try to update your info..Takes forever to have profile Updated. Still waiting on verification after uploading ID. Pass this app up. You will thank me later...

This is the third time I'm downloading this app but I have been having some problems, I entered my information including my profile, and I decided to wait later so that my profile will be verified but I later found out that my profile has been suspended. Please I need help thank you.

I haven't actually met anyone yet, but I'm having fun. They need to add more features for communication though. I'll talk to women for a while, then they want to switch to email or WhatsApp to continue communicating. It would be better if you could do everything directly through one app.
