I'll i can say is that imma be doing this exercises for a while. I love them. I do get really tired but who cares it ain't going to stop me.

Its good for the new year resolutions but not for me and my idea of working the whole lower portion at the same time.
I'm new to thos apply however the workout is phenomenal an you can really feel it working to tighten up them glutts an to flatten my stomach....
