The new version is disgusting. Everywhere promotes you to buy packages, full of advertisements, and yet the available vouchers is hidden in the sub-menu. Old version is very clean and easy to use. New version added so many useless and annoying menus.
What's wrong with this app, all of a sudden it just stopped working. When I relog in it kept telling me wrong password and email were never received when you click forgot password. This is not the first time your app gone wild.
App has been failing not just once - just hangs while refreshing. Recently, it reports an error '... status code 401'. Can't the error message be more user friendly?? For those suffering from this error, try logout and re-login. Seems to work for me.
The app is totally not functional, it just keep getting stucked at loading page when I tried to sign in or even attempt to change password to re-login. Please help to fix the bug asap.
The conditions of the vouchers are not stated clearly, and everytime I try to use them, the assistant said have to spend $6 then can use or can only use for strictly bread items. Sales wise, breadtalk does not seem sincere. Apps failed to launch when I tried to purchase at the store without my physical card. Keep saying time out, and does not give you any option to do anything about it. I asked the store assistant, they also don't know what happen and ask me to pay cash instead. card better.
Due to no transaction history money can easily go missing without a trace. Plaese don't put any cash in their wallet else you risk the money getting lost. To make it worst their branches try not to give you the receipts. REmember to get receipt all the time if you have money in wallet else you might get overcharged.
Currently stuck at initialising app screen. Unable to access account even after reinstalling. Hope the issue is fixed soon. First time I've encountered such an issue.
Full of bugs. The app uploads shouldn't force the user to update when there's are still bugs. I cannot pay, or renew my password and force to use cash at the counter. Very unprofessional!
The user interface and user experience is soooo bad. Makes you wonder if they're intentionally trying to test users' patience. How can an app which users can top up credit for cashless in-store purchases NOT have transaction records?!?!
Fix your app please. have not been able to purchase packages for a week or more now ...it's annoying. And yes , I have deleted and re-installed without any success.
They have improved the system to allow selection of the year for date of birth. Just tap the date on the top of the selection menu
Complicated redemption process. Slows down the queue so much. Need cashier to help with navigation unlike YaKun's app. Only good reason I using it is to reduce the physical card usage.
Got to agree with most people here. The aps is not properly tested prior to launch. The voucher quantity is not shown. The user does not know how many he still has. Wrote to BT but their response is as bad.
Cannot find my balance after upgrade. Forget password did not work as well, no link being sent to email to reset password after multiple try. Useless apps..
After the app was updated, unable to login, unable to sign up too. Still have quite a fair bit of money and cups of coffee in there that i am unable to use now. Quite disappointing.
Works for its intended purposes. I had a technical issue and the app support team was very responsive and customer-oriented.
Registration requires Dob but the entry is so inflexible. I literally has to keep pressing left arrow to reach 196n from 2002 month by month. Not good. Staff at Novena said their system is not working w e vouchers... Why do all this that would tarnish the impression of a good coffee brand.?
Cant even sign up because the password field has a default error for password not exceeding 8 characters. The error message is there regardless of whatever password i typed and the system prompts me for password error and does not allow me to proceed obviously....
This app is always updating! And there's no option to delay update. A few times had to pay cash for purchase because app was updating. Either put out a more robust app or give people option to update later.
What's the point of this app when there is so little promos, so little rewards? What's ths point of this app when GrabPay is at the front of all your outlets? Your customers are depositing their money in your app, do something to make it rewarding or all the efforts are simply to please your boss with little moving forward.
Please remove force update upon opening of app. I was about to open qr code for the payment and I was prompted to update. Many people in the queue were waiting for me to finish the update so that I can pay with my e voucher.
Unable to sign up from the app. Verification otp failed to send over to mobile phone. Totally useless. Please review the app. Thanks.
Downloaded the latest version today. 1. Where can I find my coffee package balance quantity and the expiry date? It shows up at previous version. Can BreadTalk reply it here? 2. I tried to buy coffee package but the transaction failed. I tried twice without succeeded. However, 7 5 hours later, I received email to notify me that my 2 coffee package purchased is confirmed. I am still not able to verify if I have been charged. Will bring my physical card to the store tomorrow to check.
Cannot even log in through the app but with the same password, i can log in through the web. Cannot even redeem my voucher and got to pay with cash.
Many function are not working. Not transparent balance of voucher at front screen leads to wrong purchase of more vouchers due to front screen always show 0 Dollar. Hope developer can improve this.
One star for the extremely user unfriendly interface and full of bugs, add to cart but the cart shows empty, uninstalling....
Wat is the error of initializing app?! We all encountered the same error, bread talk app is not reliable at all! Useless and rubbish app and company !!
Always being logout. Always password fail. Such a lousy app. Its a shame. My 1 star is for the purpose of giving feedback, not for rating.
After updating the app, cannot view packaged purchased and number of buns left to redeem. Please fix this. Thank you.
Highly unstable app. I've lost track of the number of times I've had to revert to using my physical card in frustration. When it does work, it's useful for topping up the account or buying packages. Demoting by another star until the devs give it more love.
