After the latest upgrade the app closes within 1-2 seconds! I've tried like 10 times. I see the message to migrate to Coinbase wallet, but it crashes before i can do anything. Please fix!

I am having problem migrating to Coinbase wallet, please help Beautiful graphics and easy to use! Love this App.

Please help. I didn't have the app updated and I sent BTC from Coinbase to BRD. It wasn't showing up and now I'm seeing that the app was shutdown on 03/22/22.. is there anyway to get my btc back?

In trying to recover a wallet with the 12 word passphrase. But then for BTC it says "Syncing" and it goes super slow... Apparently, the sync does not happen in the background, which makes things worse. The support team was helpful and quick to respond though. Looking forward to seeing a new improved version.

All my crypto has dissappeared from my wallet and i the faq there are no helpful answers. Uninstalling and installing with recovery phrase did not help. After +1 month, Issue has been resolved, all funds are back , after they did an app update, hence happy again :-)

Good experience... Bed is a good wallet but I don't understand why you guys joined coinbase because it has jeopardize our money. For instance after i migrated to coinbase my funds were not also transferred. Please Help Me to rectify it please.

After 2 years of using this wallet, now it will not show my HBAR crypto that I can verify has been sent to my wallet. Ive tried everything and now im out over 25k as I have no access to it. Its been nearly an entire day and its 72hrs before customer service responds. Very streasful!!

I consider it very irresponsible to release an app (specially financial) without proper testing. The previous version had a bug where it crashed at startup. This happened as I was writing down my seed phrase. After a more than a month of waiting for an update, the new version couldn't access the old data and kept crashing. Thus no access to local data + no seed phrase = money lost. I strongly recommend to stay away from this app.

For flawless transition use blue wallet. After hours of research I found a helpful person on reddit recommend this and it worked first shot . This was after several attempts to recover using other wallets. Your coins are not lost. Breath easy frens and plebs 🐸

Solid SPV wallet. This wallet connects directly to cryptocurrency nodes. This makes it "trustless," but it can be finicky as a result. I have had some ERC-20 stablecoin wallets intermittantly fail to show up. Support was very responsive, but unable to reproduce the problem. I don't like the apparently mandatory PIN prompt. I suspect it is in place because OS authentication services are inconsistent. Got double prompted for about half my transactions (small sample size).

so far, sooooo GOOD!! Offers more frontend security than others I've seen. Feels like genuine control over what you see and choose to do with uyour wallet... it's for sure a high bar to reach, UI-wise, for new investors to begin with! It's semi-bulky, but I've opted for more features to keep my kids' fingers off my crypto apps! It's a great catch-all and reference point for payments and balences. If you're new to crypto, prepare to be diappointed by others in the market!

It was decent to use but the lack of backing up your info apart from having to manually record a 12word recovery phrase is so annoying and needs to be addressed in this modern day where everything is stored on our phones. Edit: I know that it's secure - too secure! My office got broken into and all my paperwork destroyed. Making excuses oppose to listening to those who use your app is just poor customer service and am now reducing my rating to 1 because of that.

The support is good. They answer within hours. The app itself is nice and easy to use but it often fails to update your wallet when you open it so you have to force close it sometimes. I wish they had more different crypto also. Also beware when you do trade in the app that there are trade fees and network fees that varies. Don't do too much trades or you'll end up losing money for trade fees.

Money was successfully sent to my ETH wallet in BRD, but did not show up in my wallet. I emailed them and they were initially very quick to investigate and acknowledge the bug which caused the disappearance of my ETH, and promised this would be fixed in an update. A month later, an app update has been released but the bug was not addressed. And now they've gone quiet after a further email requesting an update. I have lost my confidence in this service.

my BTC and XRP is completely gone? How long will the transaction take from BRD to Coinsbase wallet? I assume its automatic. The communication about the switch over was so poor. I had no idea this was going to happen.

Took me forever to actually find an exhchange that had the coin I wanted and by the time I got it into brd, now I cant trade it out without MORE. But I cant buy ANY kind of coin because it constantly says "no offers - try a different amount." ive tried just about every amount. Guess I lost my money. =/

used to work great, lately fails to sync. EDIT: Moved down to one star.. still not syncing and I get messages saying it's failed 3 times. support says it's not a real message but I'm not receiving payments. very frustrating after it had worked well for a long time previously.

After the migration to coinbase wallet my litecoins desapeared, and there is no way to find out where it is.

Transferred a bunch of dogecoing and turned it into hbar and my wallet for hbar has just vanished. Have been in contact with them basically every single day and keep say they are looking into the matter. It has been over 3 weeks and still get the same answer. Would not recommend. My money has just vanished into thin air and still no resolution. Just the same generic answer that they are working on it. If problem ever gets resolved ill fix this review but as of 12/7/21 i wouldn't trust them

Don't bother to download this anymore they just force you to migrate to coinbase wallet.

I've used this wallet for 18 months, and have never had a single issue, up until the last week - when I got in touch with BRD Support, I was dealt with in a very friendly and prompt manner, and my issue was resolved within an hour (the issue was non-arrival of BTC in my wallet, which was resolved promptly) Prior to the issue, the speed of the arrival of coins was rapid, and sending my coins to their destination was quick, easy and painless. I would highly recommend using this app - in particular, the user interface is very friendly, particularly for those who have not purchased cryptocurrency before.

So far it seems quite handy and Safe but I did notice that the information that is viewed on the default wallet of all the currencies is that the currencies name completely overlays the info of things like how many coins you've got, cost of each coin and more and without an option to redesign the layout. So Its taking one more step to check the importent stuff

2 Bugs in the apps: the app doesn't allow me to be from 1 nationally and to live in another country. Also impossible to take a picture of my ID (browser doesn't find camera), I allowed the app to use the camera but no change. EDIT based on the reply: You did not answer the bug ! I am french but I live in Germany ! Therefore I have a French ID. You app dosent let me put a german adresse - where I live.

Crashes every 5 minutes under Android with the message (BRD has stopped...). I uninstalled it after 2 days because even when I was not using the app the message appeared. Despite the precedent point it is a good app (it is easy to register and to add new crypto wallets for example). Keep workin' hard
