Hello , with the new update , the app is not working properly !! !! I need help because this app is really helpful !

This has been an absolute Godsend for me. This community is full of wonderful, supportive, loving individuals. The app itself is very, very helpful. It is full of information and resources and very easy to use. I love it!

I really liked this app. Gained so much knowledge and advice from the women. They were encouraging and offered support. It really helped me alot in dealing with all issues surrounding my diagnosis. But now I can't get on. It logged me out and all I got was the pink screen. Tried to get back on but it wouldn't recognize my login. So I selected reset password . Says it sent me an email but never got the email. Tried to contact on the app feedback. Never got a response.

It is comforting and freeing to have a place where you can chat about all the changes you're going through. To be able to ask and bluntly state how you're feeling is so Amazing.....especially when it's with individuals going through similar situations.

I have lots of friendly advice and I never feel alone in this fight!!

I tried to sign up on this app numerous times but everytime it showed some problem. I had very high hopes with this app but completely disappointed with it as I couldn't even sign up on it. Waste of time and hope. Extremely disappointing!

I absolutely LOVE this app! A community of strong, influential and supportive women provides solace and a sense of "community" as we go through our breast cancer journeys. The information provided by professional experts and administrators is invaluable; I would recommend this app to ANYONE diagnosed with (or recovering from) breast cancer. My only recommendation would be to add an option in the "settings" to clear individual notifications, as the only thing available is to "mark all as read".

I am unable to sign in because I have a "VOIP phone number". My provider is Republic Wireless and it's a hybrid VOIP and cell. After another patient next to me at the infusion clinic told me about this app, it seemed like a great way to connect with others going through the same thing.

I downloaded the app and was talking with other women and itv as helpful. The next day I tried to go on and it wouldn't open except to the first title page that is pink and says BC healthline. Very annoying. I'm already anxious about having breast cancer and now I can't even talk to the women I talked to yesterday.

This website is the greatest source of inspiration for your journey.....the awesome women, and men, who tell their stories give you comfort, hope and most of all support while you are going through your own kind of darkness. They show you there is light at the end of the tunnel. I truly admire and thank them for helping me through my journey....👏👏👏

I am truly interested in getting this app to work. I was able to get signed in and had recvd info back, but when I try to access the program stays in search mode.

It helps. I started using this board when I was so sick all I could type was it helps. I highly recommend this board and our guide, Monica. It will not accept my phone number and therefore will not allow me to join. I just don't understand I live in the USA, in PA and tried 3 different numbers. What doesn't it allow you to join if you have a Tmobile number?

After sharing my journey the first time with others on this app I was made to feel so welcomed. There were so many positive notes of encouragement that I just felt my anxiety and nervousness just easing out my body. Thank you. I know there are others who feel the way I did.

Awesome place for support. May be a little difficult to navigate in app at first but 100% worth the effort!

I found great information on this sight. Being able to communicate with others on the same journey, excellence platiform.

Ive had a wonderful experience with BCH. I have new friends that have been through it or newly diagnosed. Its a great app.

The app is not working since the update. Though I can log on I can't send any messages.

I love this app but I cant log on. It logged me out and wont recognize my log in info or send me a password reset.😭

It is an amazing app for those who are suffering from BC, BUT I wonder why cant I use the search part whenever i want to find a specific topic!

building a community like this was a great idea. Speaking with women dealing with this disease is definitely something needed. helps alot mentally!

Honest, supportive group - newly diagnosed to survivors, and everything in between. One of the very few internet sources for REAL information about breast cancer.

The ladies on the chats are great. You get a lot of support and info from everyone. They have helped ease my fears.

Trying to sign up and when selecting stage there's nothing for me to select so I can't get past the screen?

Amazing app for woman who need support during their BC journey. Highly recommended.

I love the support and interaction other women. I like the notifications I receive about different subject matters. I'm glad I join because I can share and talk with women who have actually experienced cancer versus hear say.
