This app is very simple to use and by doing the exercises every day one can actually feel different. In my personal experience, I have noticed how my stress levels have been reduced and I have been able to cope with my day to day life (now with the COVID 19) in a healthy way. Just by breathing in a certain way one can improve our state of mind. Thank you for the person/s who created this amazing app
I downloaded this app after reading about the benefits of breathing exercises. This is a well designed app that not only guides you through breathing exercises but provides information about them. Clean and easy layout. Good work.
Tried to do the exercise with 5 mins duration, app finished exercise in few seconds. Had this issue multiple times. Initially app was working fine but seeing this issue from past few days. I hope this will be fixed. Otherwise app is great amd easy to use.
overall a good app, but could do with a few tweaks (1) maybe a start timer give a you chance to prepare. (2) a visual general timer to know how far you are in the exercise (3) some way of the knowing that exercise has finished (4) need ad free version (5) off line version, do all these & you'll get 5 stars, keep up the good work
I had downloaded this app long ago, then changed phones and then forgot to install it back. Today I did and I'm super glad to see it's still running, has the main feature and you added bunch of other things!! Congratulations and thank you for keeping it up!
Great and simple app. But the "Breath Reduction" exercise seems to cut short. The cymbal sound ending the excercise come while the narrator still talks about "in few minutes...."
What a great app. Box breathing guide and other way to focus, relax etc. Check it out. I use it on the mornings and before I sleep and occasionally during the day if I need it.
I tried a few apps hoping they'll help me with my breathing exercises for stress reduction. This is the simplest and the nicest of them. I love the tibetan bowl sounds!
1 improvement needed- the bowl sound for hold must be different in box breathing. Currently app has same sound for inhale exhale and hold. Rest is fine. I would give 5 star once this feature is added.
Amazing, simple, and delivers exactly what you want: a breath counter with total duration of the session.
This app used to be really good, but lately it seems it always crashed whenever the breathing session reach 2-3 minutes. Please fix this man
This app helps me with a target 1 behavior. It distracts my deeply negatively feelings and helps me focus on the moment. Highly recommend.

I used to really enjoy this app but recently the vibrating function isn't functioning the way it used to. I primarily use the vibrating feature and just have the phone lie next to me. Before it would vibrate once for each action (inhale, hold, exhale) but now it vibrates twice when it's on hold, confusing you to whether it's moving on to the next action or not. I'm not sure if this is due to the new update or not but I hope it can be fixed! Besides that it's great!
