How to Do it

1. Find a relaxed, comfortable position. You could be seated on a chair or on the floor on a cushion. Keep your back upright, but not too tight. Hands resting wherever they’re comfortable. Tongue on the roof of your mouth or wherever it’s comfortable.

2. Notice and relax your body. Try to notice the shape of your body, its weight. Let yourself relax and become curious about your body seated here—the sensations it experiences, the touch, the connection with the floor or the chair. Relax any areas of tightness or tension. Just breathe.

3. Tune into your breath. Feel the natural flow of breath—in, out. You don’t need to do anything to your breath. Not long, not short, just natural. Notice where you feel your breath in your body. It might be in your abdomen. It may be in your chest or throat or in your nostrils. See if you can feel the sensations of breath, one breath at a time. When one breath ends, the next breath begins.

4. Now as you do this, you might notice that your mind may start to wander. You may start thinking about other things. If this happens, it is not a problem. It's very natural. Just notice that your mind has wandered. You can say “thinking” or “wandering” in your head softly. And then gently redirect your attention right back to the breathing.

5. Stay here for a little time. Notice your breath, in silence. From time to time, you’ll get lost in thought, then return to your breath.

6. After a few minutes, once again notice your body, your whole body, seated here. Let yourself relax even more deeply and then offer yourself some appreciation for doing this practice today.

Start breathing today.

Happy Breathing.

The app doesn't let you define a custom range; filter button is the only one that offers such fields and the inputs you enter are never, ever saved. So there is three breathing patterns and I like the animation, it's really minimalistic and intuitive, and it's helping me focus on the breathing, but again, not really what I was expecting or looking for, since customisable range is the advertised feature of this app, and therefore I can't use it for the exercise I need.

I have tried a lot of breathing apps but this one is by far the best one. very simple one screen interface, soothing UI and graphics and works like a charm. And you guys have kept it free. Let me know if you are are on patreon. This needs to reach a lot of people..

This application has assisted me with transforming me! Extraordinary work on the gui. Sharp, straightforward, and instinctive. In the event that I may propose, to have the capacity of the application to run behind the scenes while it is limited or when the screen isn't dynamic. -

Love this application - can't trust it is free. Decision of breathing styles depending what your center is, basic presentation which is not difficult to follow. No irritating promotions or pop ups. Furthermore, the breathing simply proceeds as long as you prefer.

Bad Edit: the app doesn't work on my phone . I cannot set the timer, because all the numbers are in one place. And setting the timer is the only way for the breathing countdown to start. Edit2: I know how to use it, but it simply doesn't work for me.

I like the fact that you can adjust filter for in, hold, out ... but it keeps reverting back to "0". PLEASE CAN YOU UPDATE APP SOON, ALLOWING US TO "SET" THIS FUNCTION - or to have an option to set it. Thanks. Apart from that its useful. 😉 I'd give 5 stars if you could provide the above ...

This is a decent application! I trust you could empower sound and vibration when screen is off; I couldn't want anything more than to have this application work behind the scenes.

App is good but the timers don't run the correct amount of time I picked. For example if I pick for the timer to go for 10min, it only goes for about 4 minutes sometimes more or less. Otherwise great app.

Truly incredible application - basic and ideal for what I need. It has time, spans choices. It looks perfect and I truly like the show. Great job on this one.

The application is incredible. The only thing I am missing is, moreover to the clock for a breathing activity, a counter.

Needs some sort of haptic option so you can close your eyes and still follow the counts. Otherwise, this is great! Seriously... haptic would make it 5☆

This is the one of best relaxing app this app could be more interesting if it is provided with sounds. Using for a few minutes of this app gives you relaxation of a hour of meditation

There are times when after breathing in only hold and breathe out comes next and then hold again then breath out again and so on no more breathe in comes next. We could die in this app!
