I have become 80% less anxious in 2 weeks using these programs and apps! Much of it isnt new information for me. It is organized and managed in a way I can focus and learn it without getting carried away by my emotions! Thank you so much for creating these apps! I have been looking for something like this for years!
I am an Unwinding Anxiety subscriber. Through that app I found Jud's mindfulness exercises to be incredibly helpful. (The UA program has been a game changer for me as well). But the auto-reminders on the UA app kept failing. So I began using a different app for those, but never w/same success. Although "Breathe by Dr. Jud" doesnt offer reminders (yet), BbDJ makes the mindfulness exercises far more easily accessible. I will be using this one from now on.
This really helps me stop and release the building anxiety. And stops the feeling that my head will explode with the stress, thoughts and overwhelm. Obviously, if I remembered to use it before I got to that point, life would be easier. 🤪 Thank you!
Seems to freeze on two text screens. With a lot of tapping and fiddling around got it past the text screens to a couple very simple exercises. No help, no prompts. Not worth the aggravation.
Shows two text screens and freezes. No buttons, no scrolling navigation, no response. Pretty much DOA. Android play store shows more screens, so it must be a program bug.
I was really hoping this would be a good app yo share with friends and family who are very anxious during the COVID-19 crisis but as others have said, it freezes so I'm uninstalling
This app is so easy to use and great for letting go of stress whenever it hits. Where has it been all my life??!!
Very solid app.
Dr Jud and the content seem very interesting and a great fit for me. But, unfortunately the app is not working properly on my device: 1. navigation in the menus sometimes hangs (and you have to kill the app), 2. Meditation is paused on screen lock.
