Now I can only view my balance other than paying bills, top up recharge or transaction.

I'm new to online banking and had downloaded another local banks app. It is so frustrating to use I thought I'd try Bred Bank App as we are far from any branch! It is amazing... Can see the transactions for our joint account and my personal, pay our utilities and transfer money between the 2 accounts! If I'd know online banking could be so simple I'd have done it several years ago! Thank you Bred Bank for a well thought out App.

This used to work fine on a Samsung device. Up until I got a new phone Xiaomi MI3 and tried to reinstall this app. The screen would remain (blank) white and nothing changes. I don't think any of us have an hour to wait for something to happen. Went to HQ to ask why this is happening. It seems the developers behind this do not follow up on problems. It's time consuming to keep badgering on for a solution on a brickwall. If we have some rates that pay for this service, make it work?

This is so annoying having to keep upgrading the app. When you wanna use then it says you have to upgrade your app, no notice given just shuts off. In fact this is the second time now. I wouldnt offer a star because this apps doesn't even seem to work properly. So annoying this app plus now I have to go to the bank to get it renewed again. If you guys cant find a solution and why give us a app to use. Very annoying.

Finally! Long awaited! Better late than never ayye ... Its a great app , very clean, simple and friendly UI , i spend a good amount of time on this app too. Reason for my 4 stars is because i think you guys should remove the take a screenshot or screenrecord option disable it when on the app as a security concern thats about it othet then that great app!

I installed this app in my new phone and I click to open yet it is blank. I uninstalled it more then 3 times yet its blank. I went to the bank to check but they say there's no issue from their side and took my phone to Vodafone they told me the same thing. Its really frustrating, I'll appreciate if some assistance are provided in regards to this please.

Just tired of having to line up at the bank because of an issue with the app... The app is supposed to make our lives easier... It does at first but after a few weeks start again from square 1, lining up at the bank... 🤦🏽‍♀️

Just when I needed to use the app it went to a blank white screen and has been like that since then😡😠so frustrating that I had to stand in a que to get online banking registered just to experience this.Hope something is done to fix this issue! ASAP

App was working on my old phone but I bought a new one and now I cant sign in. The screen just goes blank. And why does it ask for permission to access photos, media and files on my device? How is that relevant to my banking? Seems like you are asking for more info than you actually need. Be aware folks

Ita a pathetic app...never works when you need it to...never gives any confirmation of transfer or even emails you a copy of transfer....you have to wait days for a transfer to be done...and guess what when you call customer care...all they tell you is dont worry...well get back to you and they never do.....their online banking just works on their banking hours there is no 23 hour service unlike bsp their app is much better and efficient!

Absolutely love the latest iteration. Very well thought out layout and the aesthetics are just sublime. Kudos to the team for a great job.

If you are going to update the application, and change the login method then customers should be made aware in advance. Now I need to spend my time to visit a branch to get the login set up. The same login details which might have worked before the previous update. This is totally unacceptable. No one will reimburse us for the time and effort we will make to visit your branch. Do better!!

App doesn't even show the details of a pending charge, only after it is fully charged you can see what it was from. Customer service is also slow and doesn't respond when asking about what it is that is pending. No purpose of an app when you can't even see why money is on pending 🗿

Excellent App. Interface is very fast and reliable. Works well under bad internet connections as well.

It was good at first but recently I reloaded the App and it goes BLANK after a while so I can't get into it all. Tried reloading the APP 5 times already and same thing. 😏😏

I recently delect the app because I changed my password; and download again. Unfortunately I cannot open the app therefore I cannot check my account and carry out transaction. App is useless!

Had the upgraded version of the app. Today it said its obsolete. Tried upgrading! Says its installed but the App doesn't even work. Frustrating 😏

This app has been working fine from start, today when i tried to login it asked me to enter the code and i did but it was loading forever. This really needs to be fixed as we dont have time to visit the branch.

It's a nuisance having to upgrade a million times without any notification from the bank.. also this one is worse than the previous app

its was very helpful business payments is also available... only thing left is #sms banking like BSP so that we can check our balance without going online.

Being told to upgrade but there is no upgrade button. I've tried a number of times same results.

APP was not accepting my password, error was "Error in contract". I decised to uninstall the App and try installing it again it was just loadin

Great to be able to handle even when put of the country. Very reliable app.

I rated this app 10/10. Easy to make payment, transfer money, check balance and all. Great app.

Was working fine til i got a blank white screen with just logo showing. Does not go past that.
