I have a error 1010 and said my device not secure, after i call bank because my frustation they said i have to unable usb di bugging under developer option in my phone. Its works. I hope it helps. Problem solved now. Tks
I can't login & asking to update the latest version. I already tried to reinstall, but the same result.

Good application, but lack of credit limit left and can not authorized finger print method. Hopefully on the next version, it can be done.
Information sometimes not update. Menu too simple. Can't see the limit. Please update with : limit available, transaction, usage, dua date payment, payment amount and information abaout last payment. In this pandemic, SC is not helpfull. For reverse overlimit is too hard than the other banks. If there is no limit, so you could cancel. Not make the transaction done but take overlimit 250k on it. And then its hard to reverse that. 250k is so valuable in this pandemic!!!

Can not show realtime transaction for creditcard. Show different data between app and website. Weird!!

i have problem with one of my transactions , i want to give the merchant the lroof from my screenshot of the transaction, but i can't get the screenshot for the proof because security policy, it is really annoy you know

Horrible apps. This is my first time using this app to do a transfer to other bank account, and it failed. My balance got deducted in SC account, but the beneficiary account not receiving the money. Will have to wait 3 business days to get the balance on my account. SCARY EXPERIENCE.
