Breezeway: Property Care & Maintenance Operations

Great app. Love the fact that I can go back and modify my work orders. One major problem: I have a Google Pixel 4 XL. I have given the app all the permissions available but I can only add pictures through the inn-app camera and not from my gallery. When I first downloaded the app, I could do this but now I can't.

I have had the displeasure of using this app with two different companies on two different phones. To say the experience was miserable was an understatement. Simple actions, such as pressing a button, freeze the app for random periods of time. Sometimes the app responds right away, but a lot most of the time the app freezes for anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes. This makes simple tasks incredibly difficult to finish for no apparent reason. I would only recommend this app to people I truly despise.

This app is constantly crashing and moves very slow and makes my phone run slow. They say it moves faster with good wifi but that is not true. I would never use this app for my company, it has not made anything better. I would never support or pay for such a ridiculous app. Theres gotta be a better easier way than breezeway.

Good app. A few bugs here and there but there are work arounds and probably not that obvious unless you use the app all day every day like I do. Good way to keep up with rental properties and their maintence and cleaning

This POS app is riddled with problems, design flaws and poor utility. Terrible lag to perform even the most mundane tasks, crashes when zooming with on board camera. Just pathetic.

It freezes up a lot and wven after uninstalling it, it can kick u out. U can use web version but it does same thing. Worst app ever used. Use sister app, BeHome.

Breezeway is a great way to manage and communicate daily tasks. The staff and developers are constantly making updates and enhancements. Breezeway was the best investment we have made to our operations. Thanks Breezeway!

Works fine but use a lot of battery and in the last 2 versions my Android phone Pixel 3aXL reboot if I use the camera app inside the app, works fine if I attach photos from my gallery.

always streaming. wont connect after 2-3 uses. have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it over and over again. I get so mad when in a hurry. bad

Terrible problems with app freezing up after work order complete. Will not close finished work order or allow to open new work order. Have to continually force stop app in order to open next work order.

Runs slow kills battery life. It doesn't let more thin one person to run it when checking off task.

Haven't been using it for very long but so far it's very easy to eork with. I'd give it 5 stars but I don't want the authors to get lazy.

This app doesn't show any info. Frustrating as I have to be at my desktop to make any changes to my property.

Good. Doesn't allow you to edit your comments or delete if you've accidently recorded in another properties task, comment thread which would really be helpful.

Very convenient when at work

Have to uninstall and reinstall every few weeks as it slows down so much.
