Very bad. Very slow to receive the activation code. I even waited for 30 minutes+ for the code. It doesn't stop here. After I input those code, it says "This code isn't generated for this account" what the actual heck is happening? I tried several times and still showing the same error. Please fix your darn validation logic ASAP bcs i need to create my pin before july 2020.
Terrible apps. Failed to make an account. Thought they would fix the apps as I read plenty of complaints had been posted before I installed the apps. Turned out I faced a same problem. The only solution is to fix or replace the apps instead of telling customer to do this or that which is just nonsense.
I can't passed the SMS validation even I change to other phone. Please fix the bugs! So Annoying!
No recomended.. useless.. unable to resolve my problem with CC has been bloked.. so maybe I do not have to pay my instalment anymore.
Useless app, always says wrong username/password. No improvement from the last version. The ios version runs normal with the same account. And please dont tell us to write and capture stuff bla bla bla. The rating says it all
I also have the same issue here. I applied for limit increase. It says it will take About 7 days process. After 10 days, still no update/info whether it is approved/disapproved. Needs improving. Sudah saya telp ke no tersbut & disarankan unt mengajukan kenaikan limit melalui app ini - yg mana telah saya lakukan & tidak ada respon sama sekali.
BUggggg bugggg buggg everywhere I can not login, I can not reset password, I can not create new user, I never received email about the Forgot Username. BRI forced to use it because BRI wants to charge IDR5000 just to receive monthly email transaction. Then I always set my CC as Full Amount payment suddenly reset as Minimum Amount payment. What the heck. ?????
Bad applications, always can't login with not make sense message. No data applications. Already using data over wifi still have same issue.
BEWARE CC INFO LEAKAGE FROM THIS APP...!!! My confidential datas are stolen and used by unauthorize person, i suspect from this app. Then i got credit card unknown online transaction without any OTP request or verification, i,ve tried to send OTP and credential from this app and they've never come to my cellphone nor email, even the displayed cellphone number and email adress are correct. Dear Admin pls check, investigate and confirm if this app is official BRI App.
Cannot login. Error command: 402- User still login. How come I were still login as I am still on the login page? I have called the CS on two days ago but they said maybe it was a network problem just check it periodically. Sudah dicek lagi pagi ini, dan uninstall, reinstall, relogin, masih sama. Terima kasih
cant login on version 1.6. encountered issue after updating to the latest version; "user still login". tried to clear cache, restart, still doesn't work
I can't check anything thru the app, even the billing statements still showing my previous bill (which I have paid). So how would I get to know my latest billing? Please fix it, it's been a month now since this app got broken!
Why the heck card could not be used? Can't make any transactions , since no platform is accepting the card, not sure why? After receiving the card , within 4 days start getting calls, god knows how the heck someone else knows that i have a bri credit card !!! And even contact details !
Cannot log in. Always error "this code isn't generated for this account". The app hasnt been updated since 2019. The developer has no desire to fix even after so many bad reviews
This apps is awesome, user interface is simple and easy to use. But there are still some bugs, hope they can be fixed. Thanks.
After update, uninstall and reinstall, I still can't log in to the app. it said check your network or i couldn't log in. Please fix this. Been call the call center and also on twitter but nah nggak guna karna saya disuruh cm install, clear data, clear cache, periksa jaringan yg mana sudah dilakukan sebelum saya mengajukan complain.
The verification code i input is always wrong, although i just copy those code from the sms i get from BRI. Weird. I can't log in because of this issue. Please fix it!
It very usefull credit card application, you can ask all inquiries you need.. can increase limit, see all those promotion, change the pin, and etc.
I dont know whats wrong because it was fine for several month i used it. but i cant login now. it says' internet connection error' but only for this app.
Can't connect to server, sometimes "wrong password" n u need to reset again n again for password.
I have problem with error message 402 - user already logon. Already contact bri but no result. Try to change password with forget password fitur, still no luck, please fix this.
Very usefull apps to control my transaction using credit card, also love this apps cause i can increase my limit anytime anywhere using this apps.
How come I cant even log in thru the app but I can change the password. Retry to log in with the new password but the respond is "incorect username/password"
sms code always state invalid eventhough enter the right code. when try to call customer service. they always said to try again but never solve.
I can't pass the activation phase for many different reasons showed in the pop up notification once i input the code from texts they sent. Update : i did contact the customer service email and their only solution was just to keep on trying over time, i did that and still can't pass thru.
