It was very helpful and convenient untill suddenl, after my phone updated it's software, i couldn't login. Now it keeps telling me to insert my simcard. I didn't even remove my simcard at first place. Really really disappointing and annoying. Now i cant use this app anymore.
Works on Android 9 but after updated to Android 10, it keeps say cant detect simcard, even though i use the usual simcard and correct number, also without activating the 2nd simcard. Already cleared the apps cache but nothing is working. Edited: it is already 3 months from my last review but still no update? Please come on BRI. Your service & developer is terrible!
this app makes me dizzy & confused. At first it was good, but getting here this app is very difficult to log in user id & password. transactions always can't be processed even though I have repeated them several times. especially when checking balances / transfers is very difficult
Pretty bad, it won't work unless i have to download it through re activation in ib bri web browser, and force me to pay with credit for the download link through sms, and have to pay credits again just for entering the app after re activating. And its ON AND ON AND ON AND ON.. monthly activity actually
this app can't work properly in android 10, my phone is samsung A series. i'm can't login to application and message "109 - silahkan masukkan simcard anda" is always displayed. Please BRI team fixed and repair this issues.. Thankyou.
This apps was very useful till then i updated my mobile to android 10, then this apps not work now. Always ask to insert Simcard when even my simcard is there. I was waiting for more than month i thought it will be fix. But till now no progress. So disappointing.
Very bad and old concept. Not suitable for modern days like these days where you shouldn't depend on old tech like SMS. Really ... ??? ... For big corporate like BRI ... It should be much more than this. Please refer to Citibank or BCA apps for good and amazing customer experience reference.
so many bugs, it keeps force closing when you tap promo, and there is no option to deactivate sms notification, i know it's good tho for your security, but doesn't give me option to deactivate since it cost a lot and kind of bothers me
It's really disappointed.the time I check my balance I use Mbanking it's working.but the time to make purchase for top up,keep saying" message not sent,phone number formatted incorrectly"then I try to make transfers,it's said same.i try to use internet banking,it's came"please insert your sim card" what happen now with this App? Please can anybody fix it's? It's will really appreciate.
I couldn't use mobile banking while abroad, the message asked me to reply for the transaction confirmation. But I hv tried so many times, it still didnt work and cant even send the reply. Although I hv a good internet connection and credits on my phone. Pls fix this, thanks!
What's wrong with this app, i can't check nor pay my bills as usual since last night even tho i used the usual simcard to send the message. I already re-install but still got no message everytime i used the app. Please fix it BRI team!!!
Actually everything was good but why this app always updating. Actually is bit more difficult if you dont have a good internet connection. I should have re download many times from IB BRI. Should be better if no need updating fastly. ❤❤❤
When are you gonna update the app to support android 10? a month has passed by, yet we still received error message "109 - silakan masukan simcard anda". And please stop suggesting us to use internet or sms banking version, it's inconvenience and require balance to receive the token. Please solve it effective immediately!!
Unreliable. Services are not really helpful with errors that occurs quite frequent. Why this kind of app is exist while most of our digital transaction are always failed, even customers need to reach the nearest ATM to do some transaction which are also questionable, is the ATM work or not?
1. Font color at input text isn't readable. 2. On current feature transaction must send sms manually also closed app and opened sms, I think is so bad journey.
Brimo is the coolest and the most improved banking application in Indonesia even in the world I think. Since BRI is the only bank of the world that has sattelite. Such an amazing Bank. It's so helpful. Thankyou
This app is useless. It keeps saying that you can't log in, or that you can't make a transaction. Idk and idc, all I know is that my experience with this app was completely crappy.
This Apps much better than BriMo but unfortunately it still on progress development in order to support Android 10. I hope I could enjoy use this apps again. Please inform me if the development has been done.
It's been one year and still no any update for the newer Android system. So, it's so disappointing for me as I use android 10 and I can't use this app.
This app keep asking me to insert simcard while it was there... The thing is my debit card status sometimes is disable (idk why), and i used this app to enable it. Now i can't login at all so i have to visit bri office to enable my card. How frustating...
At first is was good. And getting here the worse the service. Request to download the application again via SMS sent. But I didn't receive any text🤦🏻♀️
Bad, oftenly not working or syncing with telecommunication provider. Never improve or update since the first time i used 2 to 3 years ago
It was good before but nothing work right now, it seems the servers had a trouble on recieving or proccessing request. Since none of the menu is working

Whats wrong with this app? I have an auto update from my phone into android 10, and suddenly this app said that it could not recognize my number. Even I did not change or remove my SIM card at all. I have uninstalled and re install but nothing changed
Can't login, it said to install brimo. But brimo isn't compatible with my device. CS told me to use internet banking by browser, it's risky and need pulse like a lot.
Broke after update to Android 10, please update ur app regularly, esp when new android version came out. It cannot register after updating android 10, its regularly said please insert ur simcard.
The apps couldn't work well while I'm abroad. Please fix the issue immediately. Other banks have much better internet banking service.
Just updated android system, and (un)fortunately must update lots of apps including this. And only this apps that doesn't seems to work properly with repeatingly ask for activation without sim card detection. Quite a disappointment considering the situation has forced us to limit cash transaction. Web based banking is not comfortable. Please address the issue properly.
