The Stretto Platform’s Provisioning Module is a powerful way for enterprises and operators to distribute, configure and manage Bria softphones and enables users to store their softphone related settings a single, convenient location. With the Provisioning Module, customers can fully provision their Bria softphones for use with their enterprise, SMB, ITSP, or operator VoIP solution.

As a result, the official position of CounterPath is that CounterPath's Bria product is not intended, designed, or fit for placing, carrying or supporting Emergency Calls. CounterPath will not be liable for any costs or damages arising either directly nor indirectly from the use of the software for Emergency Calls. Using Bria as a default dialer may interfere with dialing emergency services.

Considering I'm now paying more than I was with 2talk connect I've had many issues with incoming calls. I don't get all notifications of missed calls, caller has to call many times to get one call through. Not very happy with this app atm
Best app for making calls, I'm only using the app for making calls.
It works pretty good except for when other calls come in on my cell phone at the same time I'm using this app to mask as my office line. The bluetooth freaks out and goes off, the other line ringing through disrupts everything. Wish there was a solution for that.
Just started using it for my job that has us remote and doing calls. So far seems pretty simple and user friendly. Just wish my personal contacts didn't automatically load and transfer over.
Only thing worse than the software itself, it's the customer support, and the fact that they have the audacity to charge for it. Seriously, so many better soft phones out there. In fact two cans on a string would work better. After dealing with their customer service? I'll never use counterpath software again
Very good services for voip calls
Been using it over a year now as working from home but everytime the app updates it's nothing but problems. Calls dropping or not connecting and now it doesn't let you log out Please fix as I am always deleting and downloading the app again
When ever i make a call or receive a call from the application, my speakers change and im no longer able to use my phome need to restart it. All sound is transferred to the earpeace and loud speaker no longer works
Nice app for managing business phone numbers, messaging, contacts and all calls incoming, missed and outgoing. Custom VM for you to retrieve anytime anywhere.
What happened. Did the last update break this? Ios and android, both platforms don't seem to wake up to push recently?
It just works. We had a lot of trouble with another brand and swapped to Bria. I wish I could see my desktop Bria contacts on my mobile bria app though. Hope that feature come soon.
Love being able to call from my work number. How they implement dial plans is a total disaster... Five stars if it weren't for the dial plan. They should not apply dial plans unless the send button is pressed
This has been a lifesaver during an unexpected work from home situation. Once my company IT got me fully set up, I have been able to answer and make calls thru our office line with zero problems. Cannot praise this app enough
UPDATE: version 6.2.1.119321 (Android) installed May 2020. Making/receiving calls only works on speaker. Cannot hear other party without the speaker on. SUPPORT: please don't ask me to create a service ticket, this is it.
Incredible app allows for cellphone use through the Office phone system!! I'm very protective of using my cellphone, so this App, now working properly on a new device, is perfect!
Though it allegedly is installed, it doesn't work and it messes with the functionality of my cell phone. Had to uninstall so I can use my cellphone.
Horrible call quality, drains battery, poor handling of ways to answer the calls coming in. Thank you for making a stressful situation even worse.

Sometimes the app just runs without being opened. Other than that, I love it.

Very poor app, consistently disconnects callers after about 15 seconds, we pay for this service but will be ending our subscription imminently

Won't work on mobile data plan only Wi-Fi leading to loads of missed calls and thousands in revenue.
Auto answere is not working for android in may release whereas its basic feature of any sip phone

Audio calls works great! Very stable throughout all my calls and audio clarity is great. I haven't tested all the features, but I don't have need for anything else yet.
