Why my mobile getting blank while I answered the call ? It just blink that's it while talking, unable to do operations or minimize the screen... Please fix it.. I'm getting after update the app..
What have you done in the latest update? The sound quality on every call is now horrendous. It sounds like with a lot of treble and it was not the case prior the last updated. I am using the same codec and have not changed that. Hope others notice the same and you guys can fix it.
Works as advertised, great! It seems like after the latest update sounds/notifications are gone again. I get calls but there is no sound. Please fix :)
I hate this software. I have an account I keep disabling, and it keeps turning back on by itself, so I keep getting work calls all the time when I don't want them.
Was not able to configure push notification. When installed, I had horrible voice quality, delays, cutting out. When I moved to native Android 10 client, all issues vanished. Installation of Android native SIP client is extremely simple and works perfectly ! Do not waste your time or money on this app for your smartphone. Shouldn't need customer support to configure an SIP client ! It should be simple. Debug the software on your own time and test it properly. Android app works very well.
Works well, but exhibits odd behavior. For example it rotates the screen very quickly when I first turn it sideways, but it takes much longer when setting it right. Because of that, sometimes I've hit the wrong button and ended a call or selected the wrong option. Also, I've disabled the auto start on boot option and disabled my account, but it keeps restarting and reconnecting by itself.
Without even login to the app, it took 7% battery charge in 24 hours. With login it was even more. (Double digit). I haved received or made a single call from the app yet. - revision: the support team has responded immediately to the problem. Though the problem is still onging. I have to give the full points to the support team. They are doing the best.
Waste of time! This app does NOT give you a phone number instead you have to buy something called a SIP (have no idea what that is) from a different provider and then enter your SIP details in the Bria app. This is NOT an alternative to Google Voice at all.
I have had issues with Google Play uploading apps from its own store. The apps take days to come into my phone. But since I need Bria for work, I wanted a phone app as back up. The app is "installing"/ it has been like this for 2 weeks. Previously, the app "installed" into a phone that I no longer have use of. I am hoping that there is some other access besides Google Play to download to another android device.
After an update I no longer have a pop-up to answer calls. I have to swipe down the notifications, tap the arrow to expand the Bria notification, tap the specific line for the incoming call, then swipe right to answer. By then I've usually missed the call. I made zero changes to settings. So Bria, why did you make the answering process so incredibly stupid?
Hi Bria team, This is to let you know that transfer call option disappeared from the call screen. Please let me know how do i transfer calls in this new version of the app. It worked just fine in older version though from more option button. Before this ringtone option.
I am not sure if I can say anything to the contrary from the two previous comments. The app has been 'installing' through google play on my phone for 2 weeks The computer dial pad is greyed out, so I needed another device to use with my account. I hope that the phone app can be 'installed' soon.
Call dropping issue. Calls get failed. Tried to reset the app then re- install. Nothing really works well. It Sometime auto log out then take a lot of time to re-establish the connection.
Sadly it doesn't work for me. I'm trying to log in to my SIP server and it keeps telling me user/pass is invalid, while other SIP phones connect just fine using the same credentials. Wish I could test more.
Works well for calls. Not always reconnect after switching from WiFi to data network. It will be nice to have integration with text messages.
Good application for solo user, however request to lower price for subscription
I like the way this version centralizes account information (though I worry about confidentiality). However, a deal breaker is that this version lacks SMS messaging. Will be reinstalling the older Bria SIP client, which does have SMS support.
Although i love the simplicity of setting up teams and deploying... My fingerprint sign option wont go away so i cant sign in to another account. need it because i had to create two accounts for Solo and Team. please help. currently using Note 9. Android Version 10
I don't receive calls when my phone screen is off or when I am make calls from phone device. But in iOS version there is no such issue. Please fix this for android version too.
Don't do it if calls are important to you. Have had nothing but problems for the last 2 months. Too many to list and dont have the time for working out problems that shouldn't exist. Paid for 12 months subscription no chance of refund only 8 wks in.
Works good. But sometimes it keeps on saying 'Logged out' on my samsung S8+ device. My internet connection is excellent. Need fixation ASAP. thanks in anticipation.
Installed okay but keep getting msg. "Error from provisioning server". I get this msg when I entered my email and password. I tried to provision over wifi as well as mobile data same result.
Works fine most of the time. Not on some wifi and sometimes the connection is not great.
There are some different features from the moblie version vs the desktop version but overall its a great app.
Disconnects all the time. Gives me error 408 when on my Wifi... Even when I'm using my data plan ... It's unreliable.
Couldn't connect. Put in my user name and password, told it was incorrect which it isn't because it works in other apps.
I am experiencing choppy voice audio please help
The app is very unpredictable and unreliable. I have an android my co workers have iPhones. I seem to have all the issues - like getting kicked out of our call rotation constantly. Very frustrating.
