Game is genuinely fun, but the amount of ads you have to go through to enjoy it is horrendous. You know something is wrong with your game when I'd rather quit it, force-stop it then relaunch it than suffer the time it takes for the unskippable ad to be over, which sometimes just doesn't and rolls over and over again with no way to get rid of it. Will not be giving this app any more time than I already have.

Even if you pay for the ad-free version of the app (I did), you'll end up being forced to watch ads or pay again to make progress in the game. A cool game RUINED by paywalls and never-ending subscription proposals. You can tell the ONLY purpose of this 'free-to-play' app is to trick the player into giving money to the editor. There is no developer passion here, uninstalled.

Almost entirely pay-to-play. The game is fun! BUT: You can't use the diamonds you collect unless you pay to open the box when it's full. You get two free helps per item when you start, but once you run out, you have to pay for more helps with diamonds, which as I already mentioned, you have to pay for. It's ridiculous. Also, I signed up for the weekly special specifically to get the longer aiming arm and have to exit and restart the app between EVERY level attempt. Addicting game but glitchy AF

Game was great several months ago. Now it glitches and shuts down in the middle of a game, and where you get rewards for watching an ad- it won't load any ads. Very disappointed in how the game has gone downhill, and I'm deleting it. Trying to play some more- no improvement. Downloaded an update, & ads freeze- sometimes without playing at all; just a black screen. Then have to exit game, losing the round and/or any rewards I was due. Enjoy the game, but the ad glitches make it unplayable.

The game has basically become a ad watcher, if you want to beat some of the high levels you have to watch an ad to get a power up first and even then you are not guaranteed a win so if you restart you watch an ad even though you are restarting the level, it once showed me a 30 second unsuitable ad just to play the next level, don't waste your time.

Fun for a while, bought ONE thing and lost the option to remove a line just by watching an ad. Also don't like that the extra ball maxed at 25 and doesn't go up the more I play anymore. I loved it as a mindless game, its now become very difficult to beat the levels without buying diamonds.

Started out great. Even bought the Diamond membership because it specifically states "remove adds". Beware, that it only removes adds in-between levels. Daily rewards and level bonuses requires watching adds. I brought this up with the developers stating that it doesn't say "removes some adds". I paid a lot of money for the membership to remove all adds. They could care less. Still a decent game but the adds are getting longer and just not worth the cost. I asked for a refund and they refused.

Love the game but recently you can't watch ads to get power ups or extra lives sometimes! Now when you get a power up the game freezes up you can exit and come back in where you left off but you lose the power up! Now you can't watch app videos after a certain time period to earn extra lives, you can't get the daily draw at times! Don't look like the creatures care no feed back from them on this!

Great customer service!! I got I knew phone, and when I try start playing it, it started me from the beginning, and im pn level 4,460. I emailed them, they emailed me back within houres, and told me to send a screen shot from both phones and u did, in a matter of hours they reloaded my original level! Now that customer service!!! Thanks!

3/24/22 update: used to be my favorite app. Huge loss. Game's ads are OUT OF CONTROL! they often freeze & game must be reset. If doesn't freeze, rewards are frequently not given after watching ad & must watch others or reset game. Contacted the developer over a month ago and problem hasn't been resolved. Disappointing. Will update, if fixed.

Can't get extra balls or boosters lately. When you watch the ad to get the extras, the launcher glitches and won't let you launch. So I have to exit the game, go back in, and start over. I'm far enough into the game that the minimum 80 balls you start with are just not enough to complete the massive levels. I need the boosters! Fix the glitch so the extras work again, and all will be well.

tired of loading up a stupid diamomd chest im not gunna buy feels like a ripoff.... and how many levels? This game is good but randomly crashed my phone... turned it off and everything after a frozen add.. also last thing its hard to get the right angle you want with out it changing need to sharpen the aiming system so you can actually get the angle you want when doing things like bouncing off corners ya know if you wanna make the game better lol you probably don't care and you don't respond

Fun Game but LOTS of glitches Watch ads for boosters button often doesn't work Game freezes and goes to black screen Often have to close out completely and restart, losing whatever board you were on along with any boosters you may have been using. Glitches seem to get worse every day. It's become more frustrating than fun unfortunately.

I am ready to delete this game. I've actually been enjoying it up until now. The game is now full of ads that freeze. No way to escape them and go back to the game. The only solution is to force exit the game and restart it, losing any progress on that level. VERY ANNOYING! Fix it!

Complete and total junk now. I don't mind watching the ads between games but since late March a few seconds into the ad the entire game freezes and I have to reboot my phone. It was fun while it lasted. Time to delete.

The game is fun. I've played up to lvl 557 but I've been extremely annoyed lately by the loss of the ability to watch ads for bonuses. The "daily draw" ad button is greyed out, the "pre-round prop" ad button is greyed out, the "1-50 gem" ad button is greyed out, and the ad for +1 life button is greyed out. Also, are the coins used for anything besides buying different ball skins? Honestly, would be 5 stars if not for ad issues and useless coins.

I've commented about this before, but things have gotten worse. The only thing worse than the glitches in the game are the glitching, freezing up, and the repetition of your commercials. I'll try a third time in a month or so and if it's not any better, I'll uninstall the game and find something else to play.

The game is fun, so I paid some money so I didnt have to watch the commercials between every game. It was good but now you can't beat the game without watching the same commercials over a d over again. Now it's so hard that even with watching the commercials they pretty much make it to where you have to keep coughing up money to play. Not worth it. Now it glitches with all these god damn advertisements and locks up the game thatbi paid money to not have to dwl with. May just delete it.

The too many ads keep ruining the game, causes the game to shutdown and you lose your rewards. Simple commercials are fine, but the commercials that use up memory completely ruins the game. Cmon creators, stay on top of this!!!!

I get it, ADs pay the bills, but they are obnoxious. Overriding any current ap, music playing. Ad Restarting when you try to start your music.......was never this bad, just getting worse. I don't mind ads but these are just obnoxious.

Just when this game starts to get addictive, it runs ads that glitch the game. My phone's been stuck playing a Revolution Brewing ad that-for some reason only plays a second or two of the ad, then locks the game and I have to restart, only to have the ad come up again when I try to restart. As such, the game is no longer usable, so I am deleting it.

Way too many ads...I shouldn't have to watch a 45 second ad followed by 25 seconds of the "install now" screen before and after each level... And eventually the levels get so difficult that they can't be beat without power ups.. if you die while you have enough gems to revive with gems you don't get the option to revive for free using an ad.... This is rediculous... Deleting.
