You're forced to watch a 30 sec unskipable ad after every level you play, even if you want to retry the current one. So I have to force close the app and open it back very often. It used to be 5 second ads which are much more tolerable. Edit: new update brings a lot more 5 second ads and skipable ads. The flow of the game is better now

This was one of, if not the best brick shooter game. The gameplay is still solid, but that afp have gotten to be too much. There's already a banner ad, which is understandable, and before, there would be an ad after a few levels, which again is understandable. But now it's between EVERY level. Ads are important but littering a game with them to encourage people to buy the ad free upgrade is just sleazy and has the opposite of the intended result. Sadly, I uninstalled.

Great Game Play, Between Ads. This is a really fun game! I really enjoy it. But, there are adds in the margins, there are ads between each game, and you have to unlock some levels by watching more ads. I get that they need to make money but I spend more time watching ads than playing the game. Of course, you can purchase the game without ads but for the free app prepare to spend most of your time watching the same 3 ads over and over again.

Great game! Lives up to the ads...havent had any problems so far! Update: Ended up deleting because there are just too many ads! Cant even play 2 games in a row with out an ad or two or six popping up. And to get the chest with the most diamonds, you'll have to watch at least 3 rounds of ads...I'm ok with a few ads here and there. But every single game play?! Come on!

First review I gave 4 stars after buying the ad-free package. But it's become a chore with "voluntary" ads. Want a reasonable reward for a level? Watch an ad. Want to do a bonus level where most of your jewels come from? Watch an add. Want to play more than a few games without waiting on the timer to give you more plays? Watch an ad. If you really want it to be ad-free you gotta subscribe for $8 a week. I'm not cool with playing the actual ad-free version for $416 a year. Buyers remorse.

The UI feels very off, like you're playing an ad rather than a game, mostly because of visual similarity to those silly insta ads. It's hard to shake the feeling that it's a scam, since there's so many opportunities to pay rather than play. Better to pick another of the many versions of this game. This was also written before I knew there was a subscription service, that should really be listed before downloading.

I am the type of player that enjoys watching ads in exchange for bonuses. 15-30 seconds of my time is worth it to get a tiny bit ahead. What I DO NOT like, however, is a game that has ad-watching perks but also FORCES ads. There are small ad banners up regularly, which is annoying, but fine. The issue, however, lies when you level up and have the option to get a reward or 'double' it by watching an ad. Every three levels I achieve in endless mode force me to watch an ad anyway and give no bonus

This game is fun to pass the time with. It has nice style, good gameplay, with a business builder and story that kept into the the game. But the bar building story ends right when it starts getting good leaving about half of your business unfinished - game over :( And that was the reward > earning stars to improve your bar. When the story and building stopped . . there's no more sense of accomplishment when advancing through the many . . . many levels, If not caring about score status.

Downloaded the game, very annoying video adds, but I liked it, so I paid the £2.99 to buy it and remove the adds. Then I was shocked to see that the adds were still there, I only had 3 days free play and if I wanted to carry on I had to pay £4.99 A WEEK. No mention of this until I'd parted with £2.99 for what I thought was to purchase the game. This is either very misleading or a con, both of which I think amounts to the same thing. EDIT* THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON THE LEVELS OPTION, NOT THE ENDLESS OPTION. Really enjoy this game apart from the fact that if I have to stop during a level, when I go back to it and have to open game and start that level from beginning again, a tad annoying if over half way thru a level - the further on you get the longer a level takes and sometimes you can't finish it all in one go! I have tried the pause/continue option.

I'm usually not one to gripe about ads or a purchase option but this is over the top. The ads are ceaseless and it can be overly difficult to 3-star some levels without watching ads to get extra balls. Balls, heh. The purchase option is more ludicrous. Instead of being able to buy the game outright, there's a SUBSCRIPTION plan that costs $8/WEEK or $100/YEAR. For a brick breaking game?? As a brick breaker, it's good but nothing spectacular. There r other free or much cheaper ones equally good.

Update - feature got added, so its much easier to play! Great game, totally obsessed, but the inability to save your progress half way through completing a level is disappointing. Im refering to the levels gameplay, not endless. The harder levels often take in excess of 10 minutes which I find difficult to do in one sitting without being distracted. Please consider this feature!

Quite fun (and cute) for the most part, but definitely Freemium (luckily a lot of "watch ad, get bonus," rather than lockouts - I like that optional mechanic). Plus, the Endless Mode restart is still not working! The dev answered this feedback and said you can restart, and it had worked for a while, but now it shows an ad and goes back to mid-game, one turn from losing - same as before. Broken feature! Endless is the only mode I care about but I hate when it gets too complicated/overwhelming.

Good game, mostly. Too many ads. Unfortunately, if your internet service goes out, game will try forever to play ads, and you cannot continue until your service returns. I wouldn't mind the ads so much if they were shorter. Far too many of the too many ads are 30 seconds. And having to wade through two 30 second ads is even more frustrating. If not for the ads situation I would have given at least 4 stars.

Wonderful! There are adds, 😖 but every app has adds and you can get over them easy if you're not impatient or short attention span. It's not like they interrupt your game and you can even choose to watch them for extra prizes.💎 Really it's fun and very satisfying watching the patterns and colors. You can even unlock a side game about some guys dream bar. (But it's optional). There's an unlimited mode for people who want to challenge themselves. I'm a big fan honestly. ☺️✨

I like this brick game better than any I've played yet. There is a fee to remove ads. I wish there weren't so many ads. It seems there are two for every level: one at the beginning for extra balls and one at the end. The fee isn't one time but monthly. This is why it's 4 stars and not 5. I understand they need to make money but $36 a year just to remove ads in this one tiny game??? Come on!!!

It isnt pay to win but it might as well be. Some levels cannot be beaten without watching a ton of ads to get powerups or other bonuses. I uninstalled the app after ONE of these levels required me to watch 4 ads to complete it. Overall, I have never played a game with more advertisements. These completely ruin what would otherwise be a great game

The game itself is fairly OK but the constant demand to upgrade which is not a cheap upgrade spoils the fun of the game. It is also misleading by stating you can collect so many stars to access prizes only for the game to state you have to pay. Again. Whilst I understand to make money this is one game that's excessively over advertising. I've now deleted the game completely.

Good game play, too many ads, between every level. I could understand that if I weren't watching ads for more balls, and bonuses too. And "Nice shoot!" No sorry, it is " Nice Shot!" or "Nice Shooting!" Ok for us older people, but children sometimes play. Ok, maybe not, such bad English is annoying. Some nice level patterns. Nice graphics, colors, sounds, and better aim and realistic bounce than other breaker games.

Insanity of ads. I rarely write reviews because I understand the value of ads in games, but this game just tops it all off, after every single round of playing, ad pops up, every single bonus you can get, you have no choice for the first 2 seconds to receive your reward, as the game aggressively pushes you to watch ads. Truly a disaster. Wish I could rate it 0, the game is good, but ads just kill the game.

It's just a lot of fun, the building the bar is a nice incentive and a good touch.... Lots of ads but basically a free game... The game physics are pretty cool... No timed levels yet, free replay if you are OCD and must get 3 stars on every level (Guilty as charged lol) so pretty much a stress free game. Some minor odd English errors but that just adds to the charm. For what it is 5 stars.... Enjoy

Love the game, but so many many ads!! Still a great game--colors and graphics are great, I haven't experienced any glitches in the first 100 levels, and the game is challenging whe still giving me a chance to win. The different shapes in the bonus rounds keep things interesting, too!

There are way too many ads. I understand that this is the source of income for the designers, but an ad pops up after every level, then you have to watch an add to play the bonus levels! Or fork over money and buy VIP. The game is fun and I would rate higher if the ads didn't disrupt the flow of playing multiple levels.

I love this game. It's a lot of fun and the added build a pub side story makes it so much more entertaining. However, the number of ads you have to watch during gameplay is ridiculous. Also, I finished building the billiards room and the story stopped progressing. To continue, you need 9999 stars to move forward with the pub story. I'm very disappointed and will be looking for new game to fill my time.

The game itself is decent, but, adverts between Every. Single. Level. I get advertising revenue is important to people, and they want to get people to pay for the premium version, bit yeah, it's enough for me to get rid of it. There are other options out there which strike a much better balance.

Without any doubt, this is the most frustrating brick and ball game I have ever played. The numerous bonus levels that must be unlocked by watching a video, combined with the ad-server nature of the game itself, means that you'll spend more time watching ads than playing. Above level 175, play becomes so difficult that it's merely frustrating.

Fun game but increasingly glitchy. Sometimes the screen freezes (looks like the screen is shaking). Usually restarting the app fixes it but now I'm on level 277 and nothing helps. I guess I have to wait for an update. The balls sometimes go through walls, or the screen momentarily freezes and then jumps ahead.

Game is pretty good itself but the 1 star is for the bombardment of ads. I hate ads that keep hiding the mute button and stop the music/podcast I am listening to (or even worse, won't even let you restart your music until the ads finishes). I would rather give you a quid to get ride of the avalanch of advertising but of course you don't allow that...
