I just purchased digital tickets online and downloaded this app. Since downloading, I have been unable to open it due to it crashing. According to the IMS website digital tickets can't be printed and must be used from the app. I'm a little beyond upset that after purchasing 2 tickets I'm not sure if I'll be allowed entry.

Ok just figured it out got to sign up and you have to close the pop up if not the app keeps crashing

I was able to download this app, but then I was unable to sign in, either with the account that I already have with IMS or with a newly-created one. Folks, I don't need this hassle! Navigating the race is already difficult enough! Quit trying to "improve our experience" while just making it more frustrating!

This app is trashier than the Snake Pit. You can't log into your account, and everything else inside the app is just a redirect to the website. The app looks nice, but what's the point?

When I installed this app it functioned well, i could see the tickets that i bought for the final race but now i cannot open it anymore. It keeps crashing when trying to open so is not working.

Can't log in to the app with my already created account on the IMS website. Pretty worthless that they don't talk to each other. Good thing I printed everything out and took pictures of it and emailed it to myself because the app is worthless.

Managed to get past inc sync. Got to what I assume to be home page. Can get no further. Waste of time downloading app. Should have read the reviews first I guess.

Regardless of what I do, the app will not complete the initial sync. Worthless. And on race day. Terrific. 🙄

Intial sync problems like everyone else. This app quit working for me awhile ago and I tried to download it again for today's race. Worthless. The app is like everything else at the brickyard right now.

Can't access ticket if you set up account with user name and not an email. When I set up my account on line I was asked for a user name and an email, so my tickets are attached to my user name and password. This worthless app requires you to enter the email that you purchased your tickets on not the user name, making it worthless if you purchased tickets with a user name.

If your idea of a good time is staring at the words "initial" and "sync" then this app is for you.

Doesn't get past initial sync. I suspect the backend is overwhelmed.

Don't bother to even download this app. It won't load and just says initializing. Worthless.

Just downloaded app from Google play store. Tried account email. Won't log in. Tried username. Not enough. Need to fix login info for Android.

Taping the links and nothing happened. Uninstalling

Terrible, no links are working, therefore the app is useless

Must have for the month of may.

Serves it's purpose. Not flashy. Ignore bad rating.

This was a handy app when we attended the Red Bull GP last year. We were counting on it this year...now it doesn't work...."Choose an Event" is there but no events listed. Uninstalled and reinstalled....no good. Not happy.
