Bridge Constructor

+++ Winter World reopened: Santa is coming! +++Santa Claus is on the move in Winter World and wants to get his presents to all the children. Watch out: His sleigh is heavily loaded! You can also build sloping roads in the Winter World. Enjoy this beautiful Christmas-themed island completely for free. It will stay open until the end of January.
In Bridge Constructor, you build a bridge with different materials and put it to the test using cars and trucks to unlock the next brain-teasing level.

Explore the beautiful island nation of Camatuga and build bridges over deep valleys, canals, or rivers. The physics simulation mode reveals whether the bridges you construct can withstand the daily stress of continual use from cars and trucks and, more recently, super-heavy tank trucks.

You can choose between a range of materials for each individual bridge, such as wood, steel, cables, or concrete pillars. Use the appropriate materials and stay within budget to build the perfect bridge. Thanks to the choice of materials, you can build each bridge in any number of ways – your budget is the only limit. Set your imagination and creativity free in this fun physics puzzle and simulation game!

Now available: Trains!Purchase the "Trains" DLC and get the "Choonited Kingdom" island group, with a total of 18 new levels across three islands. Edit: The glitch I was experiencing must have been my device and not the game itself. It works perfectly now. Thank you for replying to my comment. I absolutely love this game! As a 24 year old, I am pleased that it's not geared only to kids, it's got challenge to it and exercises my brain, while being really entertaining!

A great game but for a few things. The controls are really precise, and for some layouts it's very difficult to not misplace a piece. The connection with Google Play's achievement tracker seems spotty at best. Not sure what's up with that. Finally, bridge 7 on Tiltin' East won't build properly to complete the level. I have a screenshot for the developers.

Yes, the budgets and possible solutions get extremely tight on later levels, but the solutions are also publicly available and you don't have to spend on the coins anymore. In fact, late game, the challenge now becomes optimizing viable bridges to squeeze out as much money as possible to top the leaderboards...even if each one you tweak leaves a pile of wreckage afterwards. So press on! Your unscrupulous talent of wastefulness and engineering precision as a foreman are being tested! 😉

Best game by far, can be very challenging, my 7 and 10yr old boys love it too on their tablets!!

Precursor to BC Portal; easier construction, but less involving. Still fun, though.

Fun, challenging puzzles and cheap clues. It's worth CA$3 for this much entertainment!

Not one of the better bridge construction games from a physics perspective, interface is simpler than others but also limiting. Personally like poly bridge 2 better

Great game, purchased thinking I would avoid ads and micro transactions. I was wrong. As soon as you get to the higher levels, the game gets harder with unrealistic budgets where you have to use coins to see the possible solutions. It takes just long enough to get to this point where there is no longer the refund option for the game. This is a fun game that leads you into a microtransaction pit.

Only got to level 4 before I got fed up with this. Unlike the other games in the Bridge Constructor series, this one feels as though it was made by a fan with very little knowledge of how the other games in the series work, or how bridges can actually start with an incline (which is required to pass some levels in previous games). Plus, some places on the grid, such as directly next to an anchor, are entirely unusable, which creates problems. Can't list other issues due to character limit.

This could be a lot better. It's like, fine, but very much feels "find the single solution." The beginning the tutorial is kinda weird. I was trying to fix a piece and it popped up and said "remember you can double tap to remove pieces" as if it had already told me, and I absolutely hate being told information in that way. Also the side bars that pull out should have an always out option. I have gestures enabled on my phone and it was immediately too annoying to play.

It's the same old bridge building game as it's always been. It would be nice to be able to speed things up once you finish a bridge, as those cars/trucks go so very slow. Also, it would be nice to have the option to toggle graphics on/off. Sometimes less is more, and I think having simple backgrounds/colors would work better, at least until the bridge is complete.

sooo.. Don't buy the train one! one of the lvls are messed up and even the hint thing full build won't work and simple physics don't apply anywhere in the game. fun game but could definitely be waaaaaay more realistic... if you build a all steel bridge completely on here, train passes good job. go back and throw 1 random board anywhere on it the whole thing falls apart. you are not allowed to be creative at all so figure out how they want you to build it.

Giving it 4 since 4 1/2 isn't an option My 2 biggest complaints are the fact that slopes, which add a huge amount of creativity to the base game, are DLC, and the fact that the game will always decide if something is a road or support on its own, you can't manually tell it one way or another, or swap pieces on the fly, a lot of time I've had to remove and replace pieces just because it didn't read it could be a road in the first place.

I can't even play the game the hitbox makes it so I can't build anything I hate this game and I want my money back I can't place anything I WANT A REFUND

Max. E. Nov 6, 2020

This isn't a game where you get to be creative or explore different bridge building methods. Instead it is more like a puzzle, and you have to figure out the one very specific way to solve each level. So instead of actually having fun building bridges, instead it is more like gradually troubleshooting in an iterative process until you've figured out the answer. Not a bad game and for sure some will love this, but I found it to get tedious quite quickly.

Nic. C. Sep 22, 2021

Good game but glitchy DLC's. When playing the paid train DLC I was forced to restart one in 3 times as the train cars would split apart before the train even reached the bridge. This is a very annoying bug and should have been fixed before launch. The slope mania dlc is ok, but there are very annoying restrictions when trying to build sloped road sections. The base game is very good however and I would recommend it.

Can't be played every time I try build bridge ot taps and delete the the bridge

Intelligence required, can also be gained. The learning and tutorial aspect is neat and enjoyable. The ability to grab white dots and build lumber sections needs improvement because it is a struggle to do so. Generally, the lumber building is the most difficult because it thinks I'm trying to move everything (blue arrows) when I hold to contemplate. Or it fails to allow me to start the lumber from the white dot because I can't see it under my fat thumb. The lumber movements are not very smooth.

Physics is generally broken Need more hints that are hints and not complete solutions Solutions don't work on a few levels which seems bizarre as the image displayed is supposed to be the correct way to build a bridge, but fails upon pressing play button. From watching it break down the connection points sometimes don't actually connects 2 pieces. It acts like one clipping through the other on it's way to connect somewhere else. Problem exists on own creations as well.

Kie. T. Jul 8, 2021

Do not waste your money buying this game. It is poorly made. They barely allow you the freedom to use materials you have unlocked because you don't have enough budget. The control system is abysmal. And if you love physics this will probably make you sick. Either the developers have never seen a real bridge or they can't make games. You choose.

Pau. s. u. May 21, 2022

Total rubbish the budget on some bridges is a joke can not be done

Tyl. A. Nov 18, 2021

Even with a stylus the game snaps to a further away anchor. Also on a smaller screen it's barely playable. Definately one of the less refined sandbox bridge game. Also, not allowing road to be anything other than straight is a major downside to the mechanics. Just too many reasons to uninstall.

Chr. M. Oct 10, 2021

Buyer beware you're not getting the whole game it's only one level and this is very annoying. This game seems to have good simulation mechanics but that's about all. The touch points are big and bounce around making it difficult to use at times. Also, I would not recommend.

Mat. Z. Feb 20, 2021

You really have to understand the physics of the game to make it through the levels without using hints. In add purchases are cheap and the game is worth the money to be honest, so im very happy! The controls are a little uncalibrated but its still good.

Dav. S. May 8, 2022

Maybe add a quick mode for the testing phase a.k.a. waiting phase 😅

Pat. T. Feb 24, 2021

There's not a lot of freedom to try different designs. Between the budget and the specific materials allowed for each bridge, you're kind of limited to the one solution or optimizing it. The game graphics and mechanics are good. I like that there aren't ads and that it works offline.

Jus. Aug 19, 2020

I have alot to say about this game. First of all, the gameplay is amazing and if it weren't for a few issues then I would rate 5. The first issue is what you get for your money. There is about 30 levels that you can play without buying an expansion. 30 levels for £1.99 is ridiculous. Another issue is the price of said expansions. Some of them cost more than the game itself. I think a way to fix this would be just to add some community created levels. All in all, just get the free version.

Chr. S. Jun 8, 2021

The controls are very irritating on a mobile screen. Bridge parts just do not want to be placed and you frequently accidentally delete parts. The gameplay itself is decent but you cannot get around the control problems to enjoy it.

Nic. J. Jul 2, 2021

The game is poorly constructed and frustrating to control. The material options and the fact that you can't arc the road is extremely limiting. I've been playing for a day and am half way through the game and have just made the same bridge over and over again. Then they want you to buy expansion packs? No this game is not worth your money do not buy

Mar. S. Apr 20, 2021

I've played the first 8ish levels. The controls took a lot of getting used to, I did not find it intuitive at all at first. But once I got used to them, it wasn't a problem. The puzzles are tricky without being too difficult, this is exactly what I was looking for with a bridge builder game.
