For those annoying potholes, damaged street signs, and other local issues, the Bridgeport 311 app makes reporting a problem to City Hall easier than ever. Powered by SeeClickFix, the Android compatible, app uses GPS to recognize your location and provides a list of commonly requested services to choose from. The mobile app can be used for a variety of issues such as graffiti, street maintenance, street light, damaged trees, parking meters, and garbage collection. Residents can track the status of reports they or other members of the community have submitted and learn when they have been resolved.

Great app for citizens who actually care about Bridgeport, but what we need is a more permanent fix for the dumping and loitering in bridgeport.

App is a terrific tool for citizens and the City to communicate, when it works. Using a Nexus 6P, the app crashes whenever I try to open a comment thread on a post/update.

Could never log in and when trying using my e-mail to reset password it would give me invalid e-mail
Every issue which I've used this app for has been handled. The app is excellent, the delay in getting anything done in a timely manner is the fault of the City of Bridgeport, Ct.
