Brigad - Hospitality Staffing

The changes in Propositions section in the latest update is a downgrade. Not only I can't see the estimated distance straight away, it also has unnecessary seen tab. The previous design was perfectly functional and gave all the necessary info in one window.

Regularly there is a glitch in the app meaning I don't get notifications for new jobs for a day or sometimes more. The new 'improvements' mean a waste of time (..?) and would be great if we could select a simple day off (as opposed to a weekly day off) to avoid all the notifications for that day.

troubleshots are now solved. wages are ok but are low compared to other agencies in London. Work is ok the team is good. I did not received my payment yet since last week i done it. The payment deadlines are long conpared to before is was quicker to receive our bank transfert. Now it is 10 days.

We really need a way to better filter missions. It's becoming a hassle to sift through +60 mission offers every day. A way to filter through distance is essential. Also would be good to be able to tell the system what type of shifts we prefer (personally I prefer fine dining over casual for example) .

One of the best obviously, Brigard is awesome, perfect for side jobs to get some money. one thing I like is they care about the staffs more than the money, the app is very good, works well when needed unlike indeed flex whose app is terrible. Keep it up guys

Frequent jobs available on the app, frequently paid for weekly jobs done!

I cant register my self. On the step with cv when I'm trying to upload cv in pdf format application it stopping to work. I'm using android samsung s9+

Well designed app, easy to use and very intuitive. The job given are good and well paid. Would have given a 5 star but, in my case is not working well as an extra to my full time job. The offers are few and way too often are for many days: from 3 to 6 or even 12. Would have preferred to have them more on a day to day basis.

Had my doubts about this app at first BUT eventually, when they found their foot, it was easy as. Easy to use app. Assistance is always at hand if there are any issues. Lots of block-shift work. Met a bunch of lovely people at different businesses.

The app is very good. Easy to use and to organise the shifts. I would like to see more info on chefs, where they have worked, what experience they have, comments from other employers that have used them. So you can get a better idea about the chefs you'll be working with. Other than that a really good app.

It doesn't show.i installed the app and login but it shows me a blank screen.

We need another option option for not accepting a job. Saying I don't want want to to work for for this company takes you you out completely.

if you want to waste your time, this is the app you need. I have been registered for 2months and they keep sending mails telling the shifts are on the way. Useless, I wish I could give 0 stars.

I had accomplished my task at one of the restaurant which advertised the job as prep Chef, of course after you finish your job you become Chef de Partie(technically they underpay). Done a complaint, they said the will investigate, for how long only they know One other catch with this people, when you accept a mission there are 3 minutes until it confirms, time in which they optimise their profits, basically it's an app who gives the job to the person who does the job for less. Big scam!

Super Cool app. I have been sent on a mission to assist this weekend in opening a new restaurant in London, within 24 hours of being validated and on- boarded onto the Brigad platform, really great experience, big thumbs up!😁

Have to be self employed if you use this app, opening you up to having to do your own taxes a year and a half after signing up. Looks good at the beginning, but please put away the tax money you expect to pay otherwise you will get an unexpected bill. (You need to sign up as a self employed person and HMRC will chase you for it) After a year with them you will resent how much they take per job. Remember they charge you for finding the job, you pay tax on the earnings and you don't get hol pay.

I belive that the fact you first have to be self-employed to be able to use this service is an important piece of information that is somehow left out in this overwhelming text about how great the service.Can't even bother to write it in an email after you register,no?Why hide this essential piece of information at the beggining? Maybe because the claim of 20% higher pay makes no difference since self employed you have to pay 20% tax.So you are back on standard rates,but again why mention that?

My first experience working with brigad was really pleasant. I worked at a Michelin restaurant as a runner. The staff were great! The only thing I would complain about is there was too much cutlery polishing instead of "Running". But I didn't mind it

By far the best app I've used to get shift work through. Friendly people, well paid and amazing shifts. And I choose when I want to work!

Joined the platform for over month and not a single shift as shown. Imagined this to be successful to get in contact with businesses and fill my time, but it's not.

So y'all have nothing available in the US let alone in my state or city which my state is Colorado and my city is Fort Collins and that's in the USA not in France not in London y'all need to fix that cuz that's really stupid and or put in a place where you can select at least what state you're in and then you can select what city you're in cuz I'm sure there's other people on here that are dissatisfied with your app as much as I am I give it negative five stars or 10 Stars if I could just

Not enough shift offers pop up for me, but it's still early days. however, they have a great system in place. I've already recommended many friends to join.

I personally did not have good experience with brigad , jobs are all in central London , limited jobs, jobs will come on the app on the same day last minute, back to old recruitment agency

Default language is French for some reason, can't find an option to change it, plz help I'll rate high :'D

Brigad now doesn't make sense for experienced Chefs in France. URSAFF is taking 22prcnt, Brigad 25 prcnt. You are left with 50 prcnt of Your income. So as Head Chef with their rates You earn less than Commis Chef on CDI mostly working in terrible establishments. Brigad was good now is not worth looking at. Don't waste time guys.
