Bright Memory Mobile

This is a fantastic start for a full game one day but it is not right now. Its an impressive demo of approx. 1 hour of gameplay. The gameplay is great the shooting is responsive and the slicing works in most occasions. Graphics are great if a tad jagged and text blurry. More customization to the touch controls would been better but it works just fine. I got it real cheap but it's over way too quick.

Just want to say thank you to the developers for making a PC-like graphics game for mobile. But I don't think it worth the money I spent for 3 reasons. Firstly, the story has not been completed yet, I hope more episodes should be added in the near future. Secondly, developers should allow us to change the size of the controller buttons. Thirdly, there're issues of sudden stop shooting or keep firing, also sometimes I hear the enemie's sound but couldn't find them until I reload the stage.

Great game too short, but for what I paid it's ok so I'm not asking for refund, even though I was in two hour window. It's so good I just wanted more when I was done. Graphics are gorgeous and sometimes hard to believe I'm playing on my phone. Controls are good with Bluetooth controller but tractor ability doesn't always work and I have to use touch controls occasionally. Really wish it had English voices in a game like this when action is frantic can't always read the subtitles. Episode 2 when?

Great and enjoyable. The fast pace action feels awesome for a mobile game. One suggestion though, please optimize the game to run full screen on devices. It breaks the atmosphere to have a bar on the screen while playing. Good luck on the PC release. *Edit* Just saw game play for the Xbox version and my mind is blown. Absolutely can't wait and I'm glad I purchased to support this.

Ran into a problem within layout that causes it to go back to default once before you start a new game, one where the layout is reseted upon a new game, again when being teleported the layout goes back to original, etc. I don't want to have to go into option every so often just to customise the layout. And yes this happens even if you save the UI. But overall game runs great on surface duo and FINALLY a game that embraces their VAs native language.

I love the graphics and mechanics, it feels alot like a pc game. I would give it a 5 star but there are glitches and I definitely would love to see more story added to the game. What would be cool is introducing a new character with a new story. This game would be even more popular and huge if you did add more and fix those glitches. The game does feel rushed, but with a few updates it should be pretty good. I would really like to know if you developers are planning to add more story? :)

Pretty damn good, but one of the grappling hook sections is pretty buggy though fell out of the map twice on it, and the touch controls aren't the greatest, best example being the fire button likes to get stuck. Other than that I'll probably pick up the full game on something that isn't a phone. Objectively 4/5 stars, but because this game is made by one guy I've gotta give it 5/5 stars also bonus points for the bonfire easter egg.

A port that's horribly done, the controls are garbage, you can adjust them the way you like but it never saves so when the game starts your buttons are randomly placed all over the screen. Its unnecessarily hard right from the very beginning. The graphics are decent when you don't glitch everywhere and the storyline seems pretty cool. All n all game isnt worth it

Great game but because of some reason, the touch controllers aren't responding to where I place them when I rotate screen. Also, too much loading, I die once and I have to wait around 5 minutes to go back into game. Other than that, a Gyroscope feature would be an amazing addition considering how mobility is much needed in the game and that we're playing using handheld devices. Other than that, the game is pretty good, didn't quite feel like I got worth my money because of the above issues.

I am so blown away! With a descent phone, Bluetooth headset of quality as game has fantastic high def audio it seems, and you're sucked into this immersive story, the game play is fantastic, the physics are of a mature pc game, thank you very much, and the first person's movements are fantastic, migh I also add that this game over Bluetooth audio, is 1to1 real time responsiveness! Tested w/ shotgun. I don't know if it's cuz all my h/w is BT 5+, but most games have some audio latency, NONE HERE!

The gameplay is really good bit there are some bugs such as: guns would just shoot by themselves even I already let go of my thumb on the screen, sometimes pressing in some of the menu option would take 10+ taps to respond, that's all I have encountered so far. The biggest downside of the game is it's only less than an hour to beat hope the dev could just added a arena mode where you survive a long as you can because there is nothing to do in the game except replaying it all over again.

The bigger picture. This was originally a PC game. And with PC you get the whole keyboard + mouse to click. That wasn't the case with the mobile version, I guess the sheer fact that this is the mobile version couldn't take full advantage of the advance control and the gameplay. While the full version of the PC game (Bright Memory: Infinite) is still on the works, I guess it's too early to give a critical review on this. As far as I can say, I would like to see that the devs do in the future.

Overall decent game, but some things needs to be improved: 1) The game does not go into fullscreen (on pocophone F1, android 9.0). 2) The vibration feedback could've been better, an option to keep the haptick feedback on only when pressing a switch instead of keeping it on all the time is much appreciated. 3) Touch controls need some improvement. 4) A hoard mode would be a welcome addition...

Eh, its alright. Here's what I posted on Discord: Its a good looking game but it needs a good amount of polishing. Controls are wonky & not streamline for such a fast pace . Visual cues arent exactly noticeable. Picked english as language but its only for subtitles. Skill cooldown shouldnt exist or not be as slow. A few times I was lost trying to find a place to grapple, then the cue shows. Hit the grapple and the next cue says jump. I jump and end up off the map somehow🤷🏾‍♂️

UPDATE: Game skips sometimes sounds, dinput controllers badly supported (xinput works fine except tractor won't work when aiming at branches (touch control is fine). Using a controller to look and move around sometimes makes the game get stuck in moving or looking in the current direction, even when I let go of the sticks. Lastly, swinging on a branch usually get you clipped out of the map! Weapons sound weak and the translation could be better. Pro's: very good graphics, story and gameplay.

Excellent game, it needs optimization, in the main menu when you select an option, it doesn't select, you have to select many times to do the right option. The resto of the game, is great! The way it develops, the environment looks very nice! Congrats!

First time playing the game on mobile device. Played it on Xbox and it was good but the mobile version has a lot of bugs especially with the layout being constantly changed and the firing button firing by itself. The menu sometimes and most of the time glitch out. I basically cannot play the game with these glitches and problems but I will not ask my money back but just wait until you patch the game up or maybe you need more people to help you out with the game. Good graphics just too many bugs

Theres one specific part of this game that infuriates me. Every time you're forced to crouch through an area you get stuck and can't jump or dodge. Which sucks because theres a part where you crawl under something then after have to jump to the next platform or fall to your death. Dying will reset your character. Also the menu buttons dont work, multiple clicks before activating. I won't ask for a refund, but if you knew you couldnt update in the future then you should've proofed your work.

I know this game came from pc, So the control is a bit complex for mobile but still having it a little bit more simplify could help us player play better. And having a custom arrangement for every button is great So please include the sizing of evwry button where we can enlarge specific button such as the fire button for example. The default sizebof the button hard to press because to small. Sometime i miss the timing to click it.

Fun game but it doesn't really explain any of the story. It takes about 1.5 hours to complete the game and then it just ends and thanks you for buying and that your purchase finances the PC version. I'm just not sure if I would have paid for it if I knew that. But overall the graphics are fantastic, some of the bosses are tough but neat game

Make another episode! Bit disappointed at how long it took to play through though... I've had longer toilet breaks at work! Not mad though. I seriously want more and hope the Dev decides to bring more to mobile! Graphics - Great! Worth getting just to see the mobile platform can do. Gameplay - Makes you feel like a badass. Controls - need work. Story - went completely over my head. So just pew pew pew

For the port from PC to mobile, it was incredibly well done in a technology standpoint. However, the port is very unpolished, it's probably using older versios of the PC one. Names are different (Wick is Wake in the PC version), typos are present, and only the Chinese voice acting is there. Gamepad support is bad. There's no melee which is ok, but no EMP pulse means you can't progress certian parts of the game. There's still empty buttons like D-pad and L3. Touch controls don't go away either.

The game has great graphics and renderings, but I feel they rushed into making ,the communication language is in Chinese, and we have to see the subtitle what they are saying,then when I try to increase the graphics this not happening(using note 10plus) ,not getting a full screen, my navigation bar is seen in the bottom ,some times there are few issues with the controls when pressed not working, developers please see in to this issue

Impressive but has some bugs, it has just released so that is expected, however it HAS been in development for a long long time now and it is still not finished on the PC version so the mobile version's support has me a bit worried, still I bought it to show that we ARE interested in games like these and specially if multiplayer were to ever be added.

the graphics are good but unfortunately the loading takes a long time and the movement is also slow, even though the resolution has been lowered. If you change the movement to fast and it doesn't load for long, I'm sure this game can be one of the great games on Android.

Very good for mobile port! The visuals are great, gameplay has a few hitches, controls are decent (touchscreen limitations). The story is not the focus in this short experience yet it is enjoyable. I can forgive getting stuck at one jump just for the available graphics options. I hope to see more and would love to see desktop mode/ external monitor support + keyboard and mouse. Great work for everyone involved.

I'd give it five stars if I could invert the look function. Also, the touch controls never save their positions. I'm too old to force myself to adapt to uncomfortable control conventions, so I'll be refunded and waiting for an update. Game is sick, I wish I could play it!

Well,What did i expect as a former beta tester i finish this game about a 20-25 mins and here's what i thought to the game. While in the Beta the enemys are so hard to kill but when the game release its so easy but the bugs are still there like fixing the HUD when you moves it disappear but i didn't expect that there are final boss the last boss was not in the Beta but still fantastic Game, Graphics are incredible and good storyline can't wait to play the Ep 2.

Thanks for supporting a GamePad! Thanks for skipping the forced tutorial! Suggest an option to hide touch controls when using a gamepad. Suggest allowing gamepad input for special screen slashes. Suggest allowing invert y axis on gamepad control. There are some display bugs when the menu is open. When hitting the "B" button when customizing button layout it returns to main menu but the button customization overlay remains (a menu bug).

Giving it one start because the touch controls are horable. I don't know if it's the games sensitivity, programming or something else but 60-70% of the time I try to fire it didn't recognize that I got the button then they're is also a huge lag oh shooting as well. No lag on moving around only when I'm trying to use on screen buttons.
