Brightline

This app is terrible. I first rated it a 2 but have since changed to a 1. It gets the award for the least functional app. I'm not using the train any more because if they can't do a simple app or book online then not sure I trust them to operate a train system. Both app and internet site crash as you are using them. This results in the user having to start any transaction all over again. Tried the app repeatedly for 30 minutes before switching to web. Neither was able to book a ticket. See ya!

Using the train itself is a pleasure, but they need to step up on the tech side. The app is absolutely one of the worst programs I've ever used. It kicks you off, it glitches. And then when you switch to the website to try to keep your sanity, it won't apply any credit. We opened a new account for my mom. The email doesn't give you a promo code only a link and no matter what we do the credit won't apply. This app is trash.

The train service is fantastic and the app works well. I like having my tickets available on my phone and getting real time updates about my train. I'm only visiting Florida but I have used the train a couple times and absolutely love the brightline experience. A must-have for anyone looking to travel between WPB, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami, stress-free.

App keeps logging me out, loses my tickets, and has issues booking. Was easy to use, though not great, until revent updates. was trying to purchase a ticket one morning and nearly missed the train because app wouldn't complete the purchase. Please fix!

The app seems limited in its functionality. It seems from the comments that a significant improvement was made in mid December 2018 so I don't want to pile on, but as a new rider, it is very disappointing that to access my current reservation I get taken out the app to the web site where I have to login again. I am sure they are working to get this in the app......right? I will have more info once I have taken my ride tomorrow. I am really looking forward to my first ride on Brightline.

First time riding the bright-line train express it was nice and I felt very comfortable I like the way I got my drinks and snacks and it was very smooth riding and yes it did will get you there quicker and faster so if you're looking to get to my destination trust me this is the train to get you there fast thank you bright Line train (Express bullet train).

This app should be removed from the app store. My CC was charged but no tickets were issued. Brightline has no customer support to speak off. I emailed them and got a response back one week later. There is no refund forthcoming from Brightline and I will have to take it up with AmEx.

Not enough Info. Can't save passenger info for those traveling with me. Also, finding seating assignments for others is impossible... I understand its work in progress, hopefully it gets better.

When the app works, it's great and easy to use. However, it is perpetually buggy. They need to figure this out. I havent been able to use since last week and still cant even get it to open.

Please integrate Google Pay into the app. App is way too slow and everything resets when you switch between apps, very annoying.

Ridiculous. Crashes often. It's cumbersome to add another passenger because there's no way to manually enter a birthdate. I'm NOT scrolling from 2018 to 1983, much less to the 1960's or to my elderly father who was born in the 1930's. What idiot thought of this?

Used to work fine on my old Motorola, useless on my S9. Keeps crashing, restarting, and/or sitting at the animations screen.

My first time on Brightline was Sunday May 5th from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach was one Amazing experience, The ride was so smooth, When I arrived in West Palm Beach The Security Guards and all the employees we're so kind, One my way back I filmed the whole trip which is on YouTube my channel, This was a Awesome day for me I will never forget it, Next Month I'm going on Brightline again This time to Miami And I will be filming this trip as well There and Back Brightline thank you..

It works great 50% of the time. The other 50% it is buggy, and the buttons do not work. Not reliable.

Why am I getting a random notification on my phone about upgrades? I am not supposed to be getting these push notifications. Turn this off.

The sync function does not work when trying to have tickets purchased on a desktop come up on the app.

They really shouldn't require an account creation very first thing. I just wanted to look at the schedule.

So unreliable. Want to access your tickets when you are rushing to catch the train? Sorry, it won't open. How about booking a ticket way in advance? Depends. You feel lucky? Well, do you, punk?

You guys rock. This new updated app is so much easier to use and much more stable. Keep up the good work!

Asking me for a birthday, but only has a calendar control that defaults to today and wants me to scroll by month back 50 years. I could walk to Ft Lauderdale before I got that done
