everyone has the same issue. no need to say it again... What the heck, is only three words... It doesn't work!
Had to give a star to be able to comment. It hasn't worked in over a year . Fortunately it's not far from me.

why isn't the mobile app isn't working?
App stopped working giving this error message and since I can't check on my money I'm going in to the bank to take my money out of the bank. Very disappointed
I thought that I was the only one having issues with the app. I recently purchased a note 8 and the app still isn't working properly. I've been experiencing the same issues that everyone else has complained about.
App suddenly stop working. Can't even check my accounts. Yes, I am having issues with this app.
Wish could five 1/4 star useless after update, this is a bank app and should be working.

I can't get into my acct with new app hate it
As of lately I have been unable to log in. Keeps saying unavailable try again later.
The app does not allow me to access any information from my bscu credit card. So I would still need to use another way in order to do so, making this app the worse option for accessing my accounts.
I cannot do anything with this app as I have been unable to sign in for what seems like almost a month now. I used to do everything on it.
I should be able to enter withdrawal amounts that I make and have it reflect in the balance before it shoes up on your system. Dollar amounts can be matched up to avoid duplicate withdrawals.
I like the old one better. I want something that let's me see more details. This one provides summaries.
It's been unavailable for a week now very inconvenient. Limited to a fault.
Does not work! Keeps saying "service error". I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it's still not working. The bank has no idea it's not working and can't fix it. Their response is to use the online banking site....which seems to still have issues. I'm almost ready to stop banking with them.
