Very good and fast, never had any issue with FaceCheck or any other option from the application. Customer service personel are really professional, polite and always give you precise information.
Face ID wont work properly especially for us at sea because we dont get good internet on the ship it delays our time for just checking our pays. And as per records why do we need to check our complete trasactions on the website ? Isn't thats the purpose of the app? I get the idea of what you want to achieve but It wont work for the crew.
The money transfer hasn't been working for a week. This app experience has been very bad so far. Multiple bugs, slow and incompetent customer service, no timely solutions and no sufficient information such as daily limits and how to change them. Looks more like a scam! How do i transfer money? When are you going to fix the issue? Why i don't have any info about daily limits?
Very bad experience. Costumer service, staff who work there are nice and polite, but every time when I have issue with card it last forever to get respond on the mail, to resolve problem. Every time I wait few days, no sense of urgency on Brightwell. I don't know till now they are our only option for reciving our salary. Simple thing, activation of new card, become complicated. When you call them, they said it's activated. I try to send money it's says card is not valid. Terrible experience
For customer service team:It took alot of time to solve my issue ,it was a big big Hassle ,I was asked for my photo twice saying it wasn't clear (where as it was) it felt like you guys where buying time ,it was very inconvenient for me as I had to send funds home, really not satisfied. The only reason for giving this one star is that I use to get your replies in a timely manner.
App is amazing and helps a lot with managing all needed. It would be great if logins could be done via password or fingertip instead only facial recognition. Other than that 5 stars.
The support team helps you with precise information. They are polite and very helpful. The app works just fine and gives me satisfaction to keep and transfer my money safe. 100% recommend using.
My ticket already exceeded 24 hours and the problem is not yet solved. there should be always a representative ready 24/7 to cater to the problems of card holders. In my case i really needed to use my card on a specific store and only on that store where i can buy that item. But since my card was blocked and the customer service was very slow i was not able to purchase the item
The app it´s really bad as the contact support as well. I wrote many times to contact support because I cannot access to my account because was blocked and I got a new card and it´s impossible to access my account. They always tell me to try for the web page or the app and nothing does not solve anything. The contact support gives a lot of thought to a matter as simple as unlocking an account. It really is one of the worst apps.
Face check is a great mistake! It is forced instead to give it as an option. I want to decide what kind of login i want not to be forced to use face check. Guys its very frustrating. Sometime i spend 10 minutes trying to login only... Please change that....
DO NOT USE BRIGHTWELL!!! This app, as well as the institution itself, are useless. The app keeps crashing and Brightwell as a bank is very frustrating. You cannot make online payments. If by any chance it does go through, the next time you won't be able to do it. I had some money on my account which I could not use, so I had to transfer it to another bank account. The cost of the transfer showed $12, however they charged $42! I contacted their support without any success. BRIGHTWELL = HEADACHE!
I have been away for nearly two years, but got my card and account up and running again very fast with the help of the Brightwell support. A very good experience from start to finish, I found the team very helpful and polite. Well done, you doing a great job.
Before, when I'm using the pin to open the app to send money, there are several options like card to card transfer, bank of your choice as long as you properly register it, even an pick up option this application has, so it is really more convenient and they allow you to send the amount that you prefer, but now those options are gone and the worst thing is you need to convert it on your own cause they put percentage instead of amount. Please make it more realible again!
Very bad app..I have been trying to activate my account with no luck..it's been 2 months now. I can't get their email address to get help with my card activation.
This app is amazing, Easy to use, and very secure. They are very attentive at solving issues too. Keep up the good work.
everything perfect,just one thing with options to send money with.western union once you inccorect register and its cannot use at all,even i reported the issue to customer support teams
It only becomes a headache when it sometimes takes for ever when im trying to login with my face. And the card to card transfer that can not transfer to a work's account
'Great' app. Crashes continuously on opening. Good luck to those who have to deal with this company. Trying to access my account for 6 weeks now. Bugs after bugs

facecheck video selfie doesnt take a minute, YES because it takes days for me and i still can't register to this damn app. FIX this . just use a pin password if your facecheck is not reliable🙅🙅🙅
Video selfie log in is annoying. Really need good connection for it. If we are using ships wifi which is not to good in connection then it gonna takes long time to get log in.. Even failed to do that. It's kind of frustrating. And often the application getting crashed. One more thing is that our card is not protecting with pin when using it. When we lose it then bye bye our money. Please fix it

Worst. Take more than 1 week still my problem is not solve. I've screenshot my prob as they tell me to do, still did not solve yet. Brightwell account was block is fine. Now they even block my card without permission.
Not so good, Assign one person every ship to fix the problem so every crew can ask question about the face recognition Problem etc..
Very nice app, user friendly, nice interface. The only issue that we experienced very often is the problem to login, especially with ships wifi, i understand that it is for our accounts security. You just can't have it all...
*** Fix the damn app!!! It doesn't recognise my face when I have make up on. For who ever came up with this bright idea of face recognition, imagine you live on a ship, in a cabin with no windows and you have to stick your face into a source of light... How do you do that if you have a room-mate sleeping? Please put the fingerprint back. Is the best and most secure way. On a positive note though, the transfers are easy and fast. Good job for that!!!
