I'm trying to join, been trying to join for one a week, it will NOT accept ANY of my passwords! All the green lights are on and the continue button will NOT light up so i can continue!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIX IT!!!!

Apparently no way to reset your password. No reset password link on the login screen. Googled "Alle password reset", found password rest page. Entered phone number, received link to reset password, takes you back to main login screen with no avenue to reset password. 💩

So, I have used the app since January. Has worked fine. Last time I used it I logged in not a problem. Then tried to log in a few days ago while I was at my appointment, and the app only freezes. Sends a code for a two part authentication, but freezes to a white box that does nothing and goes nowhere. Frustrated, had to call and talk to a person so I could get my points. Right now the app is totally useless 😡

Great program, terrible app. The app almost never goes past the opening screen. I have to reset my password EVERY TIME (this includes the actual website as well, so it's the program on both). I've had my account for about 6 years now and it's only gotten worse. I'll change my password tonight and by my appt. tomorrow, I'll have to change it again just so she can use my points. The app....never works.

Update: After I left my original review, the app started working 2 weeks later. BUT.............. after the October 29 update that says freezing during login was fixed, it started freezing again. Doesnt work. the app uses 2 factor authentication when you log in. I get to the point where the system texts me a code. in the app a screen pops up to enter the code, but there is nowhere there to enter it. at that point I have to force stop the app to get out of it & start the process all over again.

Not the best. It doesn't reliably open. Luckily, most providers are able to open it and see and use points from their end.

Horrible app. Not able to retrieve points. Keeps saying my password is incorrect. Its not. Can't reset my password. Everyone at my dermatology office says the same. Waste of time.

Brilliant Distinctions is now Allé. They don't have their new app yet but the old BD apps do not work any more. If you go on their web site or contact them by phone they will help you migrate to the new program with your points. They were very helpful and even have a call back feature if they are busy. So this app and the related one will not open any more.

This app just doesn't work. I had it installed a year ago and couldn't get past the opening screen, ever. Just recently re-installed it hoping the bugs were worked out, and still the same thing. Un- installing again. Sorry Brilliant Distinctions, I love you otherwise!!

I am having the same issue as everyone. I can't get to the login screen at all. The app is obviously generating more traffic than they can handle. These may be some of the issues the company running this app is not addressing: sluggishness of the server speed, encrypted connections are not optimized, gaulty library and software development kit, the app is overcrowded with data. They need address these points to ensure their app runs efficiently.

The mobile is too hard to see because it has a giant "for approval" space that pops up, then leaves you with a 1/8th inch space to try and sign into. No matter what you do, you can't get it to disappear. Which might mean you can only use the website and on a computer. Too frustrating to deal with and I'm deleting it. I'll just look for deals on Groupon which has an incredibly simple, easy to use app.

app isn't working on my android phone. shows a blank screen instead of allowing me to enter my confirmation code. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and this is still totally unusable. The screen that is supposed to allow me to complete the 2 factor authentication is totally blank and unworkable. Not happy that my points are going unused because of this app, and zero customer service from BD

Awful update! Before the update the app worked much better. I've uninstalled app and reinstalled it and it keeps crashing and freezing. it worked perfectly fine before. now I can't even get past first screen. I have been member for years and have had this app, now it's just trash. Fix bugs!!

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Doesn't work. Forces you to enter mobile number to proceed. Then stays stuck on two factor authentication screen that is completely blank except for the heading and nowhere to enter code, no way to type or exit out of that screen. Just stuck there on blank screen with no bypass, exit or way to get to home screen. So frustrating. Before this issue started, the prob used to be nothing would load. Terrible app in every iteration.

Love this rewards app. Hate that I can't stay logged in or use fingerprint login.

App still won't load. I continuously have to Uninstall the app and reinstall.

Alle $50 off for Botox never seems to be available even though you advertise it on the app when I go in.

App is super slow and doesn't pull up my info although it shows me logged in

App is terrible. Keeps saying incorrect password. I changed it twice uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and it literally is still telling me wrong password but when i go to the website it lets me log in fine. Wanted to buy girftcards but not if i cant log into the app. And then end up having an issue when the gift cards are used. I liked brilliant distinctions better.

It's not just this app -- their site is no better. I signed up to get the $75 off, but you can't see much due to their product info that literally covers 90% of the page! I thought the app might be better--WRONG! I've uninstalled and installed this crappy app 4 times. The result is always the same: it crashes immediately after it opens. Evidently, Allergan doesn't give a tinker's d*** about customers.

First time user here. I'm only giving three stars right now until the issues are resolved, but two problems occurred. First, I did not get points for downloading the app as was indicated, and secondly, a current offer is not showing up despite just having been told about it today by my provider. I hope the app turns out to be ok or else I'll just use the website instead.

Disappointing I was looking forward to the rewards program. The app shows a blank screen when it's trying to authenticate. Same thing happens when you hit the Learn More, just a BLANK screen. Can't create a login ID, this is happening with my Android phone!

I'm incredibly frustrated by this app. Last time I went for Botox, I wasn't able to access the app, so I couldn't give my membership information to redeem my points. I'm due for more Botox so returned to the app today and am having same issues. I'm sent a code via text, but then when I return to the app I'm on a two-step authentication page with nowhere to enter that code. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, but that did not resolve the issue. I can login on my desktop though.

You need the lowest rating possible which would be either mad face or a tombstone. You can never get past the opening picture. No way to close,login,just displays a picture. If the experience is to look at a picture it is perfect. If I am to login or close. It is impossible. Uninstalling now.

I cant remember the last time I was actually able to get into the app.. I've had it for years and literally can never past the intro page. I've not been able to ensure points get applied and have lost out on them because of the inability to access the app.

Since they added the "extra layer" of security, this app does not work properly. I don't understand why it was updated it when it worked perfectly before. Now, it's like trying to get into fort Knox just to redeem my reward points. Not worth the aggravation so I deleted it.

I'm having the same problem as other android users. When I open the app, a photo of a woman pops up, and no other screen appears. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times with no luck. Please do something to fix this glitch. I would really like to be able to access my points.
