I hate this app, especially since there have been a lot of calls that get double booked, and especially when the customers vehicle is like 30 or more miles away. Also I don't like the fact that it takes 2 to 3 times longer to complete a call 5hen it does in the other apps I use with my company.

SOS button on Android stays on your phone even off the bring app. The button is useless and frequently gets in the way, there is no scenario where I'm ever going to use the button on purpose. Please add an option to remove it. Also I have been unable to call customers through the app with Verizon and have had to copy down their actual phone numbers just to contact them for drop off. Edit: now the sos button remains on my screen even when I have shut down the app, beyond annoying, please fix.

The app won't allow me to properly assign more than 1 delivery qt a time. It also deliberately turns my bluetooth off in the middle of delivering orders. I'm in a hands free state. I can't just play around on my phone to figure out where to go. These are huge problems.

Operates poorly on Samsung 21 ultra. One pic at a time is not efficient. Need to be able to make it loop notifications and use ringtone or message notification to be louder.

Can you give the option to remove the SOS icon, it's really annoying and gets in the way, especially when I switch to the maps app. Edit: horrible response, Im driving, it's not dangerous, I'm not going to die. I dont need a button for 911 when I can dial it in 2 seconds. There's only so much screen on my small phone, no matter where I drag it its still annoying. I don't see why you can't just make it an "option" to disable it. Edit: By the way, it doesn't work when I press it so it's useless

EDIT. I have spent the last few days working with the developer team to sort out the problems. Happy to report that the latest version 1.8.0 after finishing a 10 hour shift today is working as it should. All of the problems are gone. Well done Bringg. The feedback section on the app, I found out to my surprise, was actually monitored and was the catalyst for getting the issues resolved. The change in my star rating from 1 to 4 was definitely earned by the Bringg team. Latest update has turned this app into a hot mess. Orders freeze, orders appear with no pickup details. Was always a bit buggy but never this bad. Phone restart doesn't fix the app like it used to and even a uninstall/reinstall doesn't work. It has increased the workload of me and my delco and is annoying my customers as well because they don't get delivery notifications.

This app makes my blood boil. Routing continously changes, it should lock in the route based on distance from the starting point. The integration with Google Maps is wonky. I'd like to see the route completely charted out, one stop after another etc etc. The latest update is trash!!! It is cancelling orders as they sit with the other packages for delivery, and also is giving individual bar coded packages an address out of state, hundreds of miles away. Ridiculous! I hope this is fixed.

I've been using this app for several months. It requires the Bluetooth be turned on. I don't have a Bluetooth. It uses a lot more battery on my phone. It has crashed over 100 times. I'm using a Samsung S7. If it didn't require the Bluetooth on, I think it would be better. I don't know why it keeps crashing. I think I've had better results by putting it in the background instead just putting it on power saver without doing that.

This is app pulls so much of my phone's GPS capabilities, that I can barely run Google maps to see where my orders need to go. Maps often crashes because this app takes so much power. In addition, it says the orders are listed in order of priority, but they are listed newest first, not by which one is due soonest. Don't know what your priorities are, but mine is to have the order due soonest at the top so I don't have to look for it!

Extremely buggy. You have to disable all notifications or it gives you hundreds of useless notifications that pop up over the map while you're driving. Occasionally starts randomly pausing any music you have playing, and this can only be fixed by entirely restarting your phone. Causes any music you have playing to stutter if you bring it to the front while playing music. Keeps insisting I have to give it microphone access, even though I absolutely have no need for it to access my microphone.

sometimes updates help and sometimes they're a pain to get used to, but I felt I had to comment on the last update. the itemization of orders is way too complicated to follow. When I click on an order I don't need each modification listed as if it were a separate item. It's too easy to leave things behind and almost impossible to validate then literally every second costs money. this was way too much of a negative impact on how I can successfully perform my job.

Extremely unstable on Galaxy note 9. Orders are randomly removed in the middle of deliveries and if one goes, they all go. VERY AGGRAVATING when I need to call a guest and I have to call my store for a phone number when I no longer have my orders. No ability to request IT help in app either. Happens almost daily and impeding my ability to work. Other than that it's a solid easy to use app. PLEASE fix!

Doesn't matter how many times I make the notification something loud... the app changes back to just a vibrate ping. Often will not make any indication that I have a service call, until I open the app. Also, if a call cancels, It does not indicate until the app is opened to call the customer when I arrive. (Example, I open the app, put a call in "start order"... hit the navigate button, which changes the screen to map app.... drive all the way out, then move back to app to call, find it cance

App is glitchy and not very user friendly. Would work fine for scheduled deliveries, but I am using with AAA and app doesn't seem to have enough functionality to be used for a dynamic call volume situation. Also app needs a way of pausing the shift not just having to end shift to take lunches, breaks, vehicle maintenance. All in all unless a lot more functionality I added, I wouldn't recommend this app for anything but straight route based uses!!!!

Your app uses up a lot of battery and the worst part is that you can't tap to focus on anything on the camera. I know it's not my camera because I've used it on multiple phones and the pictures are always severly out of focus. I have to close the camera and try again multiple times until it finally gets the right thing in focus. I've used this app on an S20 Ultra (current), a Note 8, and an iPhone 7. Fix it and it'll have a better review.

Constantly keeps syncing or crashing as im about to scan also it lags a lot. They should make it similar to the Amazon app adding gate codes, locker codes, etc. As well as automatically grouping multiple packages for one stop, and organizing the routes a little better im constantly going back and forth to the same areas I've been even after sorting the route by distance. Instead of auto zooming when selecting the map it should already pull up the area you'll be delivering at, it takes too long.

App keeps freezing up and making my device drop service. I have to restart my phone everryt time this happens which turns into a delay in delivery. I spoke to my area manager and he said that it's because I have tik tok on my phone. Why do I have to delete other apps ony phone in order to make this app work properly? It's a Great concept but it's so annoying at times.

App is constantly deleting orders on its own, THEY ARE NOT BEING CLEARED BY MANAGEMENT OR ANYONE ELSE.... IT'S A BUG... ! Mainly when you clear one order it will clear the other orders, we do high volume and its costing me money please fix ittt. I'm also getting taken off shift on the computer screen, but staying on shift on my phone. There is also errors with the automatic in/out system, sometimes it works accurately sometimes not.

The driver options are fine. The major problem i notice is that it doesn't recognize that I have turned on all permissions and it pings my phone 6-8 times in a row every 30 odd minutes. Sometimes it doesn't send a notification, but that isn't very often.

Aaa just switched over to this. Don't like the fact you can't work more than one assignment at a time, and i cant see what my coworkers have goingon (there is a dispatchapp but cant log into . Our drivers are constantly crossing each others paths, sometimes doing assignments on the same street. Putting multiple drivers in the samw area takes away from timely service to others.. Not very efficient for a roadside assistance application. And when the screen times out it doesn't alert you to a call

I'm experiencing the same issue of orders dropping from my app before I am done, or even started the order. Customer gets notification order is delivered and if I need to call I no longer have the contact information. I do have the latest version. UPDATE: my GM confirmed we don't have the ability to "complete" orders from the dispatch. I find if I have more than one order "started", even to same place, they will start cancelling and dropping. Multiple deliveries means more issues.
