Bought the game on sale years ago, never bothered to play it until now. Fantastic experience, beautiful detailed artwork and graphics with a haunting musical theme. You guys worked hard on this game! Lots of unique puzzles and mini games to solve with a dark, twisted storyline. CGI clips were nicely done, I never got bored, plot and gameplay kept me going. Well worth the time and money spent. Thanks guys ! Had fun. If you guys are making a sequel, drop me a gmail.

This a really enjoyable game. Interesting story, great graphics and keeps you invested. My only complaint is that some of the puzzles are a bit pedantic and tedious as a result. The controls on the puzzles were iffy on an android phone. Add this to the tedious "busy" work of some of the puzzles meant I skipped a few out of frustration (something I seldom do). That aside, it's still a great game. The voice acting of our antagonist was excellent; just right for meticulous psychopath. Would love a sequel. Great work overall.

awesome and twisted loved it! would love a part 2! I like that it many mini games and places to go length of game good. only problem I had was there wasn't any traveling on the map being able to click travel instead of going from room to room would help since there was a lot of places to go.

USE AN OLDER PHONE: App won't install on Android 7+. Black screen and freezes. Had to go and install it on a really old 2012 android 4.4 Kit Kat device I have lying around, but I found that the keyboard doesn't even work properly to input your player name... Why is this listed in the play store as compatible with 7+ devices? The play store offers filters to developers to prevent this...

Why would you sell me an app that says "sorry only works with older updates". Everytime I try to open the app it's just a black screen. when I tried to see if I could update the app the page says it hasn't been updated since 2013! what the point of selling something if it's not going to work!?

Just like to say I am not happy with this game that I paid for . Black screen and that's it ??? The preview game works a treat ?? I have emailed twice just get a set reply that goes to everyone .. I would like a refund for this purchase or someone to fix the problem.

So I paid for this game and it will not load!!! I all it does when you click on it is go to a black screen that's it... I'm very upset that I spent 3$ on a game that don't work please fix the problem or give me my money back! I'm one unsatisfied costumer!!! And I even Uninstalled it and re installed and it still doing the same thing!!!

I loved this game until a programming bug in the "missing cartridge/weight balancing game " prohibited me from continuing. I had completed the HOP and obtained the cartridge, started the puzzle. Then the game hic-upped threw me back to the puzzle which again showed the yellow note that read that the puzzle was missing a cartridge. I was not allowed to redo the HOP to attain the cartridge in order to complete the puzzle which would have given me a game required star piece. I was near the end

won't load just shows a black screen on multiple devices I've tried to download it on. I uninstalled and redownloaded multiple times on the following: samsung galaxy 7, samsung galaxy 8, Motorola Z and a chromebook. Very annoying when one pays money for it.

I purchased the full version of this game to play two days ago. just before I made this comment i tried to open the game to begin play and all I get is a black screen. I feel ripped off and not very impressed. fix this or refund my money. As far as ratings go i award zero stars as I am unable to even play. have to give at least one star to post. another downside.

Paid for this and it won't open on tablet or phone. Tried to contact the company via their email address shown on the Google Play download page and the email came back as undeliverable. sad as I've really enjoyed their games in the past.

I loaded the game but it did not work and always when I locked the game shut down and showed me a window the application was stopped .... I hope to solve the problem as soon as possible

WARNING. I should have tested it immediately then I would have found it does not run on Android 7 and above, if I had, I could have got an immediate refund, now I have a useless game and no refund from Big Fish just an automated reply pointing me to their help pages.

Froze my phone up. Had to continuously restart my phone before I could get to the refund page. The app icon was no where to be found to uninstall. No game, just a black screen.

paid for the game and installed. when I opened the app the screen was black and nothing would load. Tried reinstalling, but that didn't work either. I paid for it... literally.

I had to uninstall immediately after installing because all I ever saw after opening the app was a black screen. Good thing the Refund button was still available. Fix this Big Fish!

well I read the rating and yes it actually shows a black screen I really was excited to play this but I couldn't even see the intro I hope that if it's a bug it'd get fixed if not pls refound me I want to try other games I expected highly of this game

Paid for a game that just gives me a black screen. Then after about 3 mins I get a notification that it is unresponsive. Using a Samsung Note 9. Please fix and I will update the review.

I'm upset. I paid for this game an another, but this one will not launch or load. Just goes to a black screen and eventually tells me it won't respond. I have no other issues with any other game.

Solid gameplay, fantastic villain, and one of the few HO games without supernatural powers. A must and a guideline more games should follow.

AVOID!!! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS GAME!!! I'm on a brand new Samsung J6 phone which plays every game on Playstore without fail. The Game doesn't load...just a black screen stating "not resonding". Emailed the developers immediately and not even the common courtesy to give me a reply.

For whatever reason this one big fish game refuses to work for. the second it lrompts me for ny bame it crashes. i made aure it wasnt my phone, i did everythibg tech support told me to. it still wont work. inquired of tech forums and contacted big fish and i have had no reply. i just want to be able to use what i pay for, and i buy quite a few games from yu guys so i was hoping you would acknowledge my dilemma and at the very least offer me a credit so i can download about one that will work

great game. movement was annoying as you had to back through everything to access an area. But good story and fun play.

I can't even open the game. Black screen and "app has stopped working". I've had a few of the games from this company and usually really enjoy them. Please could i have a refund or a different game i haven't already played?

i can't even access the game😭 whenever i open up this specific game it just sits on a black screen for 2 minutes and then says app is not responding😭 imnreally upset about this and would like to know if the creator could help fix this.

I purchased the game twice and tried to reinstall it but still is not responding at all!!! Nothing! You should make sure that your game is working properly before you ask money for it!!!

Won't even load. I open the game and the screen just stays black. I am very upset I paid money for something I can't even look at. Update the game for newer versions of Android or give me a refund.
