Ridiculous. Im signed in on the app and when i try to get my tickets it says i have to go to the app !!! IM ON THE APP ! Also, on an android you dont have the options it tells you to choose to get your tickets when you look at the instructions on the app. You cant get through on the phone either.
I have been coming to Bristol for 47 years and never had any trouble getting tickets., this app does not work ! It says trouble on the Bristol end , can't download the tickets that I have already paid for . Junk ! We are leaving in the morning . I hope that we can get in !
Works fine as long as not actually at a race there. Don't ask to us App and have no open Wifi. Also new Colossus app made my phone get very hot.
Only time I needed to use this app was race day. It didn't work. Got the "oops something went wrong" error over and over again. Trash.
Under the sea experience didn't work. Waste of time. Waited to sync and nothing happened.
Would not recommend using email to transfer tickets. Try using mobile number for transfer. That finally worked for me!
Cannot use it, it keeps giving me error messages and won't let me get past the login page.
If you guys are going to do trivia on Colossus TV you need to fix it so there are no errors for those that get +3000 points...
This app will not let me open. It says it is blocked. They take my money and I can't access my tickets. What is wrong.
Every time I try to open the app I get the "stopped" message.
Absolutely did not work whatsoever. Why not just e-mail my tickets. Considering legal action.
Why does everyone need their own APP. It says it is Installed but I can not find it. How can I get my tickets.

I created an account for the Bristol site Sunday when i bought my tix. NOW it says my password doesn't match my email. I can't sign in and if i change my password it won't match my tix.
Garbage app. Tons of errors

Go back to mailing tix. on line is TOTALLY impossible as is trying to reach a person in the box office

This app just takes you to the BMS web site for things beforehand. There was no service or wifi available at the venue to see if the app was even any good or helpful during the race. Poor Effort
the app is impossible to get into. it stinks
After downloading app, cannot access tickets, error message "unfortunately the Bristol app stopped working" this has occurred for an extended amount of days. Reinstalled the app and same error message. It appears I'm not the only person having issues. Help!!
