Useless app. Registered and got email of successfully completing registration. Keeps giving me "invalid credentials " when I try to log in. Changed password after answering 3 secret questions successfully just in case I somehow messed up password in creation and confirmation. Still am not able to log in with new password.
Bristol West people on the phone are very helpful and friendly. Real personable. The people that I got on the phone handling my issue, were kinda funny, nice, and helpful. They hire good people there. I know that I could probably shop around and find cheaper somewhere else , but to just save a few bucks? No, I would rather stay with a company that has good people working to help you when you really need it. Oh, the app works great for me! I've never had any issues. I just paid my bill just now.
Terrible for payments. Regularly indicates that payment failed then attempting again indicates there's been an error only to find later the charge pending in my banks app. Must pay on the website for accurate indication of payments going through.
It's worth insurance company please stay away this people's make something on the online payment so when you pay didn't get true And then you missed the date one day after didn't remind you or send email no after 24 hours charge me 26 dollars extra please stay away and look at better insurance company not trying to take your money
Having issues with my login. Keeps saying my credentials aren't valid, but it wants to accept my payment. I can view my insurance card but that's it.
Unable to upload 30 sec video in the application. Everything up to that point works fine
Changing my rating.... Because I can no longer make a payment through the app. I have to go to the website or call my agent to make a payment. I've tried to delete & reinstall but no luck.
Failer to update info. I had made double payments, because it continues to display payment due. It sure would be nice it reflects 0 balance for current month and/or remaining 6 months balance due. Why doesn't it have a due date. It also doesn't display the automatic payments and from where. The app should display all necessary information. I work many hours and I should have to be researching this useful information, just like other applications do so.
This rating is for the company in general and not the app. WARNING!! They will still give you a hidden charge whenever you change companies. Had 100% payment history never even a late payment. Transfered companies for a better rate, even called in prior to confirm if after i changed companies if i needed to call in and cancel so i wont get an extra charge. Rep said it was fine it would cancel automatically no need to call in. Still charged almost double on my account that week.. partial refund..
App says it won't function while other apps are installed, but doesn't say which apps are interfering.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Just randomly charges new fees when they feel like it poor customer service 3 times I called to resolve the issue 3 times iwas told it was taken care of only to still get suspension letter from mva couldn't make my regular payment because they wanted what I didn't owe them first I just cancelled with them and switched to a different company I suggest to look elsewhere for insurance
I have not had any problems using this app. Everything I need is easily accessible and it is quick to make a payment online.
STAY AWAY! This company has caused me so many problems and I am now having to go to a 3rd party to avoid having my credit ruined! Do not set up auto pay if you have them! I'm so sorry if you do! Keep all records and info handy because you will be paying a NSF fees every month on an account that has money! They will tell you that there was an "error" and you have to use a different card, while paying the fees! Stay away from this company!
So far so good. No problems as of yet. It would be nice to get ID cards by mail when due, like the month before old ones expire, gets old having to request everytime. Would be nice to be able to set it up by push of a button or question at beginning of first policy but hey if thats my only complaint then I'm good. Lol
I tried over and over to log in and it says invalid credentials. So i called customer service and they asked for my e-mail and password to which i gave it to them and they said it was right. Then i even had them log in with no success. So i change it and the same thing, I have never been so pissed about a login in my life I pay too much for your service to not be able to check stuff on your app. Fix it please!!! Ridiculous
They couldn't get my policy right added people who shouldn't have been on it then doubled my insurance after my second payment and i have had no tickets or accident. I am dropping this insurance and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The absolute worst ins company i have ever delt with. Every change because of their mistake is a big ordeal and after 2 months they doubled my rate

They lie to you about pricing, bill you automatically without telling you - so if you don't have the funds when THEY see for to get them...BOOM - charge EXTREME fees for late payments I didn't even know were automatically being taken from my bank (which I never agreed to).
Crashes constantly and I've been waiting for 30 minutes to upload one 30 second video.
Terrible service. Its always going through problems accessing my account. Always re-registering or new passwords have to be made but still can't access my account. Fix this the right way!!! This is going on for s year and 5 months now!!! Rediculous!!!

I'm not sure why so many negative comments. Maybe it's the type/model of your phone or your phone settings. I have an Android, Samsung Note 8, and I love the app. I've logged in five times and flipped through my documents and it is perfect!!!
They are the modern day highway robbers!!!! I gave them a bill of sale from the time my vehicle was sold and now they asked for it to be notarized after it's been sold for 2 weeks. I gave them what they wanted and they still don't want to return my money!!!! If it had a zero star I would give that. Hopefully you guys don't into an accident on the weekend cause you won't get ahold of anyone until monday if that. I called them friday they got back to me 6 days later!!!!!!
I would have to say this a REAL bad company to get insurance from. Not only do they tell you there are no hidden fees but they will also charge you for canceling on them. They don't care there are families with financial problems they want your money and send you notices of collections.
The app is slow to open. Says bill due but does not show a due date.

I pay almost 200 in a my insurance policy and they didn't even help me when I needed some help I had to pay out of pocket and when I cancel I have to pay them too so expensive
So if you have a long name, or have 2 ppl on your policy, you may have a hard time registering your account. I am not able to register because one or both of those reasons. Im even looking at my paper notice with all information on it. This app is a total 👎for me.
I thought I would update my address but in doing so my rate increased $14 a month I thought it would go down not up no accidents no infractions hardly drive at all it seems to me some of these IT, software programmers, really don't have it together they make it very difficult to make it work usually have something wrong or some kind of glitch causes the user to have a hard time especially to have everything correctly recorded into the system the first time or to inform you every 6mo.changes
