Flawed. Works well for some things, but drop down menus are laggy so you click on something, 5 seconds later you click again only to find it was still processing the first click and you're now somewhere unintended as it's assumed a different menu option was required. Can't add card details as it insists on a name being entered, but meeting text into the field doesn't work. Could (and should) be so much better.
Pretty useless. Apart from all the bugs and incorrect account information, all of which I could forgive just so I could look up a transaction now and again today I am presented with an error message saying, to enter the app update to the latest version. But even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't get me any further. Goodbye BA exec club app. As with everything else related to British Airways, nothing is any good any more.
The drop down list within the app for selecting locations doesn't work both abroad and in the UK. I had planned to pay for two weeks of my four week trip with Avios unable to get the drop down lists for location to work. It seems this is a problem for others. Friend back home tried to book through the app for me, did work their. Developers don't reply to emails. This app totally let us down. Seems this is just another one of British Airways failings at the moment and cost me a fortune in hotels.
some great offers, so if your going to spend the money you might as well get the discount and the points. also the Apps fairly straightforward to use.
This was always a very good app but a while back I found I couldn't enter any text in the location field and there was no drop down showing. I gave up. Having forgotten that experience, I've just gone in again to book and find in having the same problem. Very disappointing.
Try to use it as often as possible but it fails to track my spend over 80% of the time and it's not an easy process to start and finish a missing avios claim.
The App allows me to keep an eye on my avios. Not too bad . It doesn't allow me to upload receipts on missing Avios , I always need to use the full website.
Cannot input a destination when trying to spend my avios. I want to book a hotel with the avios and it won't allow me to input a destination 😕
Won't allow you to type in the destination box have to type in Google search engine then copy and paste place name into destination box. Pain in backside, made them aware months ago still not fixed.
Tells me to update to the latest version, takes me to Google play which only has the option to open the app. Click to open app takes me back to the app and the update message is still there so impossible to use
One of the worst apps I've ever used. Totally intermittent and unreliable. Not what you need when you're travelling. Half the time I can't even log in. Terrible. Sort it out BA!
In last couple of months App has become useless in regards to referencing booked flights, at least on Android 11. Denys you have any bookings and when you attempt manually to see text boxes don't accept text. Rubbish. Sort it out BA.
Asking me to update app but then it redirects me to the app store there is no option to update the app. It only says open which takes me back to the app which asks me to update it. I can't use the app now
Latest update broken app. When trying to book reward flight only 3 airports displayed. Does not recognise BCN
Literally no input fields work, and most of the time you just get redirected to the website anyway, not sure why BA are paying the app store fee to have a half broken browser in their app... Just go to the website and go that way instead
Nothing in this app ever loads. Only the webviews open, everything in app is forever spinning
Can't type in free text boxes or add attachments. Have been trying to claim missing avios for weeks now using the feature available, with no luck. Please resolve.
Drop down lists in menus searches don't work on Android phones. Works on my iPhone. Please fix

No longer works. Keeps telling me to update to the latest version when I have the latest version installed
A very good app, but has some probs. The reason for 4 stars are, it works (mostly) it's clear, it informs you when avios are added. The quirks are around the search items. For example, I searched for hotels, but only some came up, but not any I wanted to use, but when I used the specific hotel group, the app found the link. You cannot search by things like 'Hotels', 'Garden' or 'pets'. There are probs with opening search returns and if you return to search page you are sent back to the start.
Ridiculously slow for a search, terrible limited photos of each hotel, u have to open google anyay to actually see what they look like ,real waste of time. The map function is terrible and u have to start again! Many bugs bad design. Real pain. If search for places then click to view pics of it, then press back or close to see search results, then it takes u home and start all over again!! Frustrating. Cant book for same day like other apps, even at 11pm u r cut off for the day after tomorow. 🤬
I used to regards British Airways and everything associated with it as having a very high standard but over the years, things have deteriorated. Their service is less than highly classed, the website is taking longer than usual to update, the apps do not function properly. I would be moving my custom to Virgin if things do not shape up.

So many options to collect points but unfortunately a few of the links don't work at all. I'm also still waiting for someone to reply to me regarding combining a duplicate account.
The app doesn't open on my phone, not much use it it can't be used, British Airways used to be synonymous with quality and high standards, not the case anymore it seems
Unusable on Andriod, I really do not understand why there is still an issue, when using this app on an andriod device or through Google chrome. IT isn't giving BA much hope at the minute.
Good app, but has some issues that need to be addressed. I tried to apply for the BA Prepaid MasterCard. When I filled in the application form and was ready to submit my ID, the app crashed. When I tried to apply again, it won't work. I click on the MasterCard tab and I only see the loading icon. No application form, nothing. I went to the FAQ and clicked on the contacts section. The page says that it does not exist, so I can't contact to inform the issues.
