Very slow app,not reliable. It took me almost 30 mins check my balance on 4G net where all other bank apps are working perfect. Guess how much it would take to make a transaction.Hope i can share the screenshot with the time to show you the details.Made a mistake.
Worst app. Not updated since 2020. M passbook feature should be included in the app. Mobile no. Change option and email I'd update option should be available in this app.
Worst app.. Always show under process and then u have to force stop it. Very poor experience...close the bank if u cannot provide service to your customers. I will close account soon.
Worst app not updated since August 2020 You can see only your saving account detail, not all with single CIFs. Olny a few options are there to transact. Developers must works accordingly 😔😔
after available update, old installed app not work ! force to do update !! so i update the app but its not open !! i think it is only work on latest android version only !! it is too bad for bank !! many user not want to upgrade there mobile to latest one due to may reasion !! bank should make there app to work on all android version ! !!! or gifted latest mobile to all there customer freely !!
The app processing is very slow. And sometimes money got debited from the account but transaction processing not complete for long time.
This app is useful.....but Some broblems such as.. Sometime i transferred money but not received next party and balance debited from my account. I complained then solved. So needed to upgrade
Please Update this Application. Mostly times it showing that server down and circle moving round continue and payment not transferred. Please update with latest features.
App opens automatically again and again ....without any click. I'm fedup from this. Please work on it and figure out the solution.
Not so much option for NetBanking. There is no option for debit card management or account statement etc. Not good app

Unable to login or process.. A error BRKGB MCONNECT has stopped comes when we try to open it... Many time i installed or unistalled it..
Wrost app? It's like old mobile apps. The payment transfer, beneficiary registration like features are not working.
Needed some updates...too old version, no features, UI need more improvement
BRGKB M Connect is good app but UPI transfer facility not available in this app.

Nice app.There are no services available to open new FD, generate interest &TDS certificate and many other. So need to improve the app.

Omg one the worst app in banking line , it's very bad experience you can imagine if app condition is worst then what condition of bank so poor I don't wanna give 1 star but I can recommend 0 star
pls add some facility to improve performance of this app ... Mob recharge facility and Online Open/Close FD/RD accounts through this app.. Debit card hotlisting .. Aadhar card linking etc as soon as possible..
After installing app is not updating, for updation it's going to unsecured connection
Always connectivity issue create problem. Features are very old.
Request you to kindly update the app. Once mpin is accepted, then later when we try to chk balance, it says mpin invalid. Its very outdated app. The UI is not so great. I would request you to kindly look into the UI and make ot more user friendly.
