Paying a convenience fee in order to pay my bill still blows my mind. To top that off it's not even a flat rate so the more my bill is the more it cost. Too bad people can't choose their electricity provider.
This app is no good I have not been able to pay my bill in at least two months to making it hard to get it done very inconvenient it'd be nice if app was updated and fixed
