not working anymore with Alexa. I used the paid version for about 3 years. Few months ago it stopped working. I think Alexa got "smarter", because the app no longer receives requests for individual devices (strangely, Alexa doesn't query the Philips hue hub either). I even rebuilt the whole network from scratch a few times with no change. Their support (for paid version) didn't care to reply to me in over 3months
Used to work and then a few monthe ago it stopped. Today I unboxed an old echo dot and it worked for a few till it got its firmware updates. Too bad the developer gave up on this. Nobody should pay for the pair app
would be great other than the fact that some commands and macros disappear over time making you have to go through the process of re-implementing them which can be time consuming.
Pants. Doesn't work with the (latest) Broadlink "IHC" app, only the crummy e-control thing that doesn't work, therefore meaning this plugin doesn't work either.
Rm 4 mini is not supported, also on app startup there is warning that app is done for older android version. All in all useless with rm 4 mini.
Would like to transfer my subscription to a different device as this one is old and need to upgrade but you can't bugger will need to cancel it dam wast of money
Great app when it worked but a new app to consolidate all apps is due and souls work directly with Alexa or Google setup pages
Needs updating to work with newer phones. Only my 8 yr old tablet still can be used with app
Filled out the required info and never recieved a response so that I could get a sign-in.
One star is more than it deserves. Just remove the app from play store, if you don't want to update it

Working before now it's not working again.
I just purchased Broadlink RM Plugin Lite. It appears to work fine. The only problem I have is that it does not import IR codes from the IHC app. Apparently, it only will import codes from the eControl app. It should support IHC as it is the better and more recent app.
DOWN AGAIN... getting tired of the works some days not others its a hit or miss thing and waste of money....Fix the stupid thing allready
Why is there only on off commands. I will pay for the piad version if you add more command support. on & off is too basic.
Update: Use official Broadlink app (skill for Alexa) , it works flawlessly.. For free.. Cancel your subscription. Update: completely stopped working with Alexa. Cancel subscription.
My question is: what's the difference between the light $2.49/year and the $4.99 one time app?

Great app, an amazing feature would be if the quick settings toggles could have more than just ON/OFF state, and be more customisable, thank you for the work you have done on this app, it makes my broadlink RM worth using. I wish it was able to respond more instantaneously to commands, but I suspect that's the fault of the device, not this app
not working again ! keeps saying things aren't responding. running through rm pro and alexa
Cannot find how to access the Web Console or how to configure the 3G Bridge. Lack of good documentation is killing this app.
Great when it works but it randomly cuts out after an extended period of time so it doesn't work when tasker tells it to do something early in the morning. A bit frustrating but I'm waiting to hear the developer's response to this issue.
