Sign up given a temporary password without a username. App redirects you to the website. So whats the point of the app
Does not work 99% of the time alwYs getting errors
Reset my password and still can't login.
Much like workman's compensation, this app fails to deliver.
Always having issues
Its really amazing app..
Cannot log in. Correct username and password entered but rejected multiple times. Attempt at "Reset Password" also rejected. Why have a reset option if it is not actually a functional route to reset? Still very frustrating when you truly need access.
Set up account. Sent email with temporary password. Logged in with temporary password and set new password. Gives me an error message. Now I can't log in with either password. Tried "forget password" and it told me my security answers were wrong. Tried resetting account and it gave me error message.
Haven't been able to log in since day one. Even did what the error message said and emailed support. Never got a response. What a waste of time.
This is rediculous!!!! The app will not allow me to access my claim almost three months ago. I emailed their customer support as it instructs you to do a minimum of 8 times and no response after two months. Absolutely horrible.
This app is bad. Unable to login and forget about getting a email response from support. 😂😂😂

Your site is horrible. Please delete it and hire a professional. I've jumped thru every hoop, emailed you , reset password. blah blah.Still cannot access my claim. This is beyond frustrating. If you dont want to provide this tool, just delete it.
