The new app has no silent ring. It intermittently keeps ringing after answered on the viop phone until the smart phone is rebooted. Not good.
New UI is a vast improvement over the old version. Lots of great new functionality. Nicely done.
Single biggest thing you could do to improve: Get the App to stop ringing when I answer on the Voip headset. It's so annoying that my cell phone keeps ringing after picking up the office phone. What's strange is that this happens about 50% of the time. Please please fix this!!!!!
It looks like a 1990's webpage. If a call comes in that is answered at another extension, the app often keeps ringing. There is no way to set a schedule for when to ring and when not to. It (mostly) works, but it's extremely basic.
This app works great, very easy to use.
I've read that it works only on business accounts and would not doubt it. If you try to find even a help number for residential service it is not readily apparent on its website. In fact, one has to do an internet search for the simplest things. I had to call a business number to get help for a bad adapter. Anyway, this app will not take my username and password. Switch to another service that treats its residential customers decently.
I've an account with BroadVoice but it doesn't work at all in the cell phone.

Have a problem with Bluetooth headset. It only works for a fraction of a second, but then switches back to the phone speaker. Bluetooth works with no issues on the phone otherwise with csipsimple and phonecalls. Would be 5 stars is Bluetooth headset worked.
As others have noted, it's simply gives you a "401" error when you try to login. That's all.
It never works on samsung this app works on apple device but not on androids I tried many times to unreinstalled and reinstall but still doesn't work
Keeps on saying 401 error.
The app works as far as I can tell but there are no instructions, help files, manuals, contact info, or FAQS in the app so I'm not sure. The app info on Google Play show a settings screen but I can't find any way to open it.

today: 2016-06-03 - the support team said this app is for business account - so, if you are like me, that has a home account, it will not work for you.

Never works on Samsung. I continuously uninstall and re-install, log in, log out. But it always shows as unauthorized.
