I have a consistent issue where my passwords aren't being accepted. I'll change the password just to have the new one stop working after a few days. Biometric login also disables itself at random. The app is quite often just fully unresponsive, even when my password is accepted.. No data will populate. Currently trying to reset my password for the umpteenth time and the app won't move past the phone number selection screen.

Somethings changed with the app's UI: the display slowly expands across the screen and the words disappear on each edge of the screen to the point where bill pay is now unusable. I emailed support thru their website for help with the issue and an explanation, and received only an automated form response to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Intuitive and easy to use. Love the at a glance credit score info they have integrated into the app. As others have said, there are occasional login issues. These seem to be happening with less frequency. Wish there was a way to customize the home page view. Currently you have to scroll down past a way to big credit card graphic to see your bank balances.

I have an Android device and use it almost daily for mobile check deposits. The screen flips between landscape and portrait when I am trying to capture the photo of the check. It's annoying. I have to turn my phone to capture the pic, and then the device screen flips between landscape and portrait. It's hard to describe, but it's a pain to use for mobile deposits. I also hate how the app randomly says it has to send me a text to verify that it's really me trying to sign on

Unable to access my account from the mobile or desktop versions. The user agreement takes ages to scroll through on the mobile version and when I finally got through it all, the system tells me I can't be validated. This is unacceptable. *Update** after trying unsuccessfully to access my account all day, I was finally able to register for access. Great, except that I log into my account to check recent transactions... and none are showing. This has got to be the worst release ever.

Transactions take DAYS to appear, even as pending. The old system posted transactions faster than this. And now I can't even log in to view my transactions. I enter my username and password (I have verified they're both correct) and it just refreshes the screen. No error message, no "invalid username/password", just the refreshed login screen. This is terrible.

This app worked great for awhile. But as of a few weeks ago it no longer works. It logs in then immediately logs me out. Looks like there is a serious issue currently and Broadway Bank is not aware of the issues related to it. Sad because I may close my account over it. Update: After a phone update the app was able to work again. Looks like the issue was fixed afterwards. Wish this was posted somewhere to know that there was an issue. It still took over 3 weeks for the fix to be applied.

I have downloaded and used this app (successfully) a few times now. Problem is that it stops letting you login after awhile. Password, fingerprint, doesn't matter. Works one day and stops working the next. App has a few more bugs to work out before I download again. Banking apps are very important to me and are definitely a reason I would move my accounts.

I've been happy with this app. I still have a few customers who pay with checks and this app allows me to deposit the checks quickly. I haven't used it for much else but it does what I need it to do.

App used to work fine for me, then they did an update and now the new app isn't working for me. Every single selectable option on the bottom, such as home, transfers, deposit, pay, and offers, keeps me on Mobile Check Deposit Service, I'm not able to leave that page at all in the app. Extremely disappointing, being that I selected to download it from the Google Play store from the Google Play icon on the Broadway Bank website, so it should be legit, but no.

This app is horrible. After the new design, it worked for a while, design wasn't too horrible (new website is worse), now the mobile app just stopped working completely. Log in and taken right back to the login screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the off chance that it'll work. It didn't.

Slow, buggy, constantly having to close and reopen the app. Crashed during transfers, mobile deposit is clunky and not efficient. The app itself is cumbersome and doesn't allow for customized views, leaving useless information at the most prominent placement. Hate this app.

If it's not one thing it's another. The app is so slow to load and sometimes doesn't open at all. Other times the app opens but won't let me do anything and tells me to call a number for assistance. My other bank apps run flawlessly. The people at the actual bank are great. The app, not so much.

Recent Login-Issues (aside), Webbrowser via Internet and App version comparison : app has quicker login with biometric feature. All deposits, debits and transfer options immediately shown. Bank occasionally provides offers, which is nice & saves time, prefer developer provide more co sister update(s), have not had to do this since adding App, several months ago - likely the cause for login, but also password change could be cause.

It locks me out all the time when I know I used the new password. I change password and it says y oy can't use existing password, when that is the one they say is wrong to begin with. A lot of times you type everything in and it just goes blank back to sign in page. Nothing but trouble with this app.

The interface is much better, however the scrolling is a nightmare. Definitely not mobile-friendly, it switches between directional and natural scrolling and makes app difficult to maneuver. If fixed, then 5/5.

With the new update, Hard to navigate, laggy without need, bad at scrolling in the direction I want to scroll. At this point I only use it to check my balance. I go in for everything else out of fear of a terrible interface.

Love this app! Toggling between accounts, bill payments, and transfers is super easy. Making deposits and managing debit cards can be done on the app as well. The app is crisp, clean and fast.

Once I get logged in it works fine. But last 3 times it has not recognized my password, and I've had to change it. And no, I'm not manually entering my password, I'm using fingerprint, and it still says incorrect password. Huh. Quite annoying.

The worst app I own. It's the only app that takes the longest to load. After typing in my password I'm stuck at the loading screen. There will be times were my phone will turn off because it was loading. This app desperately need to be fixed. You can have 5 bars and 5 G and it still takes 30 minutes to load.

The online deposit device or app is not very good. There have been times I thought I made the deposit and it did not go through. I probably have left a few $1000 on the table and and did not know it. We use another bank and they app for their online deposit works easier and you do not have to write out such a long Text saying it is an online deposit only only to Broadway bank

The update is terrible. For two weeks I couldn't scroll up and down any pages, and now every time I log in, it returns me to the login screen immediately. I've given them plenty of time to fix this, but I think I'm going to just leave Broadway for a company with a mobile app I can actually use.

Worst app I have ever used everyday its a roll of the dice if it works or not! Just tried to do a mobile deposit oh guess what the app crashed and tells me to call for assistance! Big surprise there! Slowest loading app in the world you will feel like you are on dial up again! Fix the damn app!

This app works a little different than my other bank apps but once I used it, I now will feel comfortable using it in the future. It really works very easily once you are prepared for the app to automatically capture images. Will definitely use it in the future.

They updated it. Now its garbage. Pending transactions arent visible until posted. That was the original issue. Now i login and it just pulls up the login screen, over and over and over again. Stupid.
