Bronson MyChart

I appreciate getting the "paperwork" finished ahead of my appointments. No more trying to fill out forms in waiting rooms/exam rooms. Questions get easily answered. It's great.

Seeing a PT, but there's no way to message them, or any other specialist. All communication is funneled throughy PCP his support staff.

With MyChart I'm able to easily communicate with my doctors, and quickly get test results. Also, information can be shared between medical teams. Payments can be efficiently made, as well.

It is a beautiful thing especially when the pandemic hit it was a life saver for sure! I love it because it helps take care of my medical problems without calling and getting called back an so on. Awesome app i give it a 1-10 a 10!!!

I absolutely love this app. I can find anything I need to know at the touch of my fingers. It's so very convenient and reliable.

A) Works as expected B) frustrating! Cons: 1) it'd be nice to know immediately what is new information. 2) can't mass-delete messages such as appointment reminders. 3) CAN'T PRINT LETTERS! I'D RATHER HAVE USPS. Have to hand-write information from letters for reference. Also they're not easy to locate it know that you've received new ones. 4) CAN'T PRINT INFORMATION, so if you're trying to review, you're always going from one screen back to another or trying to piece together screenshots.

It's such a greatful tool but now they want to add more stuff to it to start making it complected.

User friendly, ease of access, can talk to doctor directly and access to records at any time.

Great app! Mychart makes it easy to communicate with my doctor via email, check test results, and check in for my appointments without having to wait in line. It also has an option to submit for medication refills, so it saves time being on the phone or leaving a voice mail to request a refill.

I love my chart it has made it so easy for me to know my Drs. Appointments test results and much more and I can look at all my kids accounts that are added to my account it's just a really great app.

It yells you everything having to do with Bronson. It's great!

I love the app because I'm able to check on my husband while he is in the hospital!

What a BLESSING this app is! ((Just not having to call & be put on HOLD by 2 or 3 people when your trying to get a simple medication refill and then they get it wrong! )) Being able to check prescriptions, medication & doctor messages...on the fly, saves so much time. Also being able to request refills OR check to see if there ready for pickup right from the convenience of your phone is awesomeness!

It is an easy to use app that puts all of my Bronson health care providers right at my finger tips. From asking questions, to scheduling appointments, requesting refills and Seinfeld my billing information. I use it to check in for all of my appointments and avoid the paperwork in the waiting room. I LOVE this app.

I love this app its so helpful with appointment reminders as well as keeping track of tests etc only downside is it only gives me Bronson appointments even the health dept. Uses this same app so I have to call instead for health dept. Appointments. Other then that this app has saved me a lot of stress with my brain fog issues.

Very awkward to maneuver within Site. Not all information is in one place where all providers can see it. Often no "back" button. Can't dismiss some notifications. Can't reply to some doctor communication without starting new thread. Pain in the fanny all around!

I love having all of my test results back quickly and that I can ask questions on the app and hear back same day.

This is the worst app. It's not easy to navigate. The information is overwhelming. It doesn't help because I don't know how to use it. Leaving a message takes forever to get a return answer. It's just as useless as calling the office and getting a return call for most anything. I'm not very impressed with Bronson in general. Treat you like a number, because it's a business. People's health shouldn't be so impersonal. Thinking about looking for a different medical provider.

This is the easiest way to follow and track my health care all from one convenient app!

Wish all doctors had this. So much easier to keep informed

Very easy to use and it is great for Communicating with my healthcare providers and getting quick answers. I get my test results with my Drs comments very quickly. Then I have the ability to ask a question regarding the test.

Very carefully utilized by the person doing the procedure. Very clear instructions.

Terrible. Not aligned with My Chart on internet. App keeps locking me out even though I can use on web. Why? Have had to call Help desk 3 times. I've had to change passwords multiple times. Only for it to not let me access again.

App is difficulty to navigate and jumbled. Medical staff live by it making it hard for positive communication with easy error or misunderstanding the patient request or need . Too easy for substandard interaction and cover up.
