Crashed losing my order twice, in addition to smaller, funnier failures. There would be no evident advantage over the website if you could buy bagels through the app, which you can't. (Underlying restaurant remains a GOAT contender in the bagel scene) Ed. It turns out you can't order bagels through the website either if you're using Opera. I can't help but feel that I'm being punished by the cosmos for attempting the luxury of not going and getting my own bagels, which is just
Google defaulted my restaurant to Manhattan instead of my location. I called the vendor to explain but they refused to help me. I definitely will share my experience on multiple review platforms. Bad experience with Google and bad customer service from Brooklyn Bagels.
I used for the first time and was pretty easy however the app pick up orders take 30 minutes longer than if you go in to order yourself. Just go in person if you can
App does not work. Allows me to choose items and then at the payment screen cancels the order and suggests a different bagel place in Canarsie.
It's clunky, but it works. Needs to be made more intuitive.
Made an order with the app. Half an hour later I go in to pick up my bagel. They said the bagel would still take another half hour even though nobody else was in the store. Don't get this app unless you want to wait an hour for a bagel.
You gotta be an internet genius just to figure this buggy app out
This is quite possibly the worst app I have ever used. After 15 - 20 minutes of creating an account, adding my credit card info and trying to enter an order on a confusing UI, the app kept on defaulting to the wrong bk bagel location and I couldn't figure out how to fix. I eventually gave up and ended up ordering bagels from another place on seamless.
App tells you items would be ordered for immediate pickup. Confirmation email just builds on that repeating your order parameters. Two minutes later another email arrives, telling you to wait 70 minutes. In store staff estimates around 45 minutes but recommends to get in line as this would be the most secure way to make sure to get a good bagel and not a chunky one that waited for around 25 minutes for you. Like this there's no point about having mobile orders.
Horrible interface and they don't support or deal with problems when you arrive in store. Made me never go back to store
I LOVE Brooklyn Bagel, they make excellent quality bagels, cream cheeses, their coffee suits my tastes perfectly. I wish I could say that ordering on their app was aalso an exce6 experience. But it is not. Their weekly cream cheese flavors aren't on the app. You must check their website to see what the flavor is, even then they don't update the website! There are cream cheeses in the store that aren't even listed on the app. I use the app regularly, but I wish it were up to current.
