The app update makes it harder to get into the app, it used to be very helpful, now not so much! Helps me keep my meds straight with the ease of refills! My scripts change too much for the time my meds!Since this last update the app will not work properly, so lowering the rating to a 1
I have not had any luck using this app. It doesn't show me what's ready nor allows me to request refills. In addition, I haven't been able to log in to it at all for 4 days. Creating confusion for myself, my Drs, and the pharmacy.😕
Now that we've had the new update, I'm having lots of problems trying to get signed in and reorder prescriptions. Never had a problem before the update. Edited - can't even open the app now
This app was working just fine but after update it sucks! Have a LOT of trouble logging in. Go to help it says reset password so I went to try that. Hit forgot password and it logged me in. 😒
Refills sent through the app are hit and miss. I requested refill of Insulin last Thursday. The app said it was ready on Saturday, but I couldn't pick up before pharmacy closed at noon. Closed on Sundays. Monday I attempted pick up and the pharmacy tech had no record of refill request. It's Tuesday and I have no Insulin for dinner, but they assure me that it will be delivered 'soon'. Dangerous to use for life and death situations, like managing medication.
Was working awesome but since I upgrade the app a couple days ago it won't let me sign in. It just does the ... thing and then nothing. Please fix I use this app alot. It was a 5 star app till the update.
Thank you! I love that the pharmacists never change. They've been there for a very long time. With the world being so ever-changing, its nice that some things stay constant and consistent.
Was a great app now it instantly crashes when I open the app up. After the update I could not sign in to save my life.
Stupid updates!!!! App was working fine, then needed a update. Having to uninstall and install to maybe get it to work. Ugh
It sucks!! Every time I open the app it tells me my time has expired, log in again...try that and does nothing...worked better before update
Can not refill scripts. Keeps telling me I can not refill for 9 mores days yet I have 2 days worth of medication left because I refilled last month on the first...will have to call the store to refill.. NOT happy.
It used to work just fine,but since the update I can no longer log in. I hope it gets fixed soon.
It tells me to update. I push update. It goes to play store to update, I push update Nd takes me back to update screen. I called Brookshire's Pharmacy, because I need to refill prescription, but they didn't know what to do either. I need help with what to do.
Can't log in and check anything. It worked great for a couple of years but quit working today. Please fix the problem.

They are polite and respectful. Prompt and on time filling scripts. More than happy to answer any questions you may have about your medicine.
I tried registering and it gave me an error. Then I tried signing in and it does nothing.
I uninstalled then re installed the app. Still does not update

My experience is awesome. It's very convenient.
App quit working, so I deleted it and tried to install it again. However when installed there was no icon on the phone and I had no open the app from Google play store. Then I deleted the app and tried to download it again but the app just kept saying that it was downloading for 45 minutes and never got to the install part.
