I was under the impression by the information that it had access to online coupons and it even started that in description but it doesnt..if it had that I would be happier with the app
I want to be able to add coupons of the app, like Kroger! There used to be coupons we could add to the account. What happened??
Need to be able to add digital coupons. Such a disappointment that the app does not have this feature.
Tells me to update but when I try to just kicks me out. Can't download electronic coupons. Doesn't even let me get on the app.
Thought I'd be able to shop from items available at my local store to add to a shopping list, but could not find such an option.

Buggy,tempermental piece of code. Hire some software engineers that know what they are doing.

Love this app
It is easy to use for creating shopping lists and keeping up with your points. The only feature I wish they would add is a place to view your receipts. All too often, ink needs to be replaced at the cash register and I am unable to use my unreadable receipt for rebate apps. It would be nice to be able to capture the digital version.
Why do I get prices on ad items I add to my list but if I try to add anything else it just generically adds the word I write like milk to my list instead of say letting me add the actual products with description and price. That makes this app useless to me... Sorry.
This app has NO access to online coupons, so it is much easier and time saving for ne to shop at Krogers now. And Brookshires does not have where you can buy your groceries online and they will bring them out and load them to your vehicle the way Kroger and Wal Mart does. I still shop there, just not near as much.
This app is confusing! If I know the item I want and which department it's in I can add it to my list. Otherwise, if I'm making a list from home I cant add anything not in circulars. I shop at Walmart mostly - clearer app!
They removed the option to load coupons to your thank you card. Last nail in the coffin. I already hardly shop there, most expensive store in town PLUS the "deals" where you get items free are always marked up to allow for the free items, if not more. 😳
This app made it sound like I would have access to digital coupons....It does not...makes me more likely to shop with Kroger or Albertsons ....why have it if all you get is Access to your loyalty points that you get listed on you reciepts And the ad that comes in the mail every tuesday?

This app was much better when you could load coupons to your card. Now it's only good for making a list or looking at circulars. I use the CVS app and do much less shopping at Brookshires. I need convenience and unfortunately this app has gotten less convenient and is not keeping up with other stores. Sadly there is not a grocery store in this small town that does keep up with technology.
Recently moved to Tyler, Tx where pretty much the only grocery store is Brookshires/ Super One. I loved Kroger because I could add coupons to my card and use them at the store, with Brookshires I've got to go back to the old way and search for them and clip them. Pretty disappointing considering how big the company is.
I have downloaded and uninstalled it 3x. It continues to tell me that a newer version is ready in the play store, well guess where I'm getting it from?? Fix this please, I really need to access the Pharmamcy Part. Thank you!
