This Brother app is a mobile Web services client application for accessing the Fluke Networks LinkWare™ Live cloud software service using a smartphone or tablet. This app will save downloaded projects so that you can select and transfer them into a P-touch EDGE® model PT-E550W industrial label printer when you need them.

This app only seems to work on IOS. When trying to use on my Google pixel it will not work.
Extra info : Ok apperently the manul was not very clear. Now it can find the folder CSV and it contents. The manual did not state clearly that the folder should be in the root of the storage. Now it is working fine . {To bad it does not support excel files 😊 } I use this prigram because the brother software for apple does not support excel, csv transfer { windows version does support it } This last comment is as informatiin for all who tried to work with the database option ( e550 ) .
